Great host, quiet, comfortable and good standards. Great value compared to other places in Llanelli.
Unlike most hotels I stay at, they have plug sockets next to the bed, provide bottles of water, flannels and a decent account of sugar for your tea. Even chocolates
Location was a short walk from the train station and beach. Cheap, free parking.
The room wasn't ready and this was 4pm in the afternoon (normal check in is from 3pm). Room not serviced properly (receptionist, although polite and courteous just had to have a quick check before we went in...never a good sign!) Wet towels, made me think these had been used by the previous occupant. Stained toilet seat, stained bed throw/blanket. It was cheap and for this reason our expectations weren't high but I really cannot recommend this accommodation. We won't be going back.

The room was nice and clean and the parking was good around to the rear of the property.
Even though there is no food available at the place, there is plenty of good choice of places to eat out, to suit everyone's pockets and tastes etc.

Car park was rather small
We were welcomed at reception then we had our room upgraded. We were shown to our room by the lovely gentleman. We were constantly asked if there was anything we needed or anything they could do for us .Would definitely recommend staying here ...
Maybe a hairdryer in the room would have been .Otherwise there wasn't anything...
Convenience, lovely coastal walks
Thin walls sound carried and noisy room neighbours. Car park is tight.
We were only staying one night but were upgraded - the room was very clean and welcoming - a set of towels for each occupant , a chocolate and some biscuits too which is always welcome. Sarosh the manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful - could not be any better
Property was great - nothing to not like for short stay - perhaps a signpost to the hotel car park ( which is round the back ) would be helpful is all
Receptionist was very good. The only thing which it lacks is cleaning.
