The property offers a good-sized one-bedroom apartment. The staff is very kind and helpful. The cleanliness is good. In-room service was very nice. Overall, a good value-for-money two-star hotel.
The location is far from the city. There are hardly any shops nearby. The rickshaws and cars are difficult to find. The swimming pool and indoor play area (mentioned in the hotel's facilities) are non-functional.
The caretaker was very helpful and Rita from reception was curteous & sweet. Night watchman provided us blankets. The morning breakfast was tasty and well done.
Overall the place is tastefully setup and well maintained.
Parking was a bit unorganised, but the caretaker managed to create space for us. Suggest gates springloaded for autoclosing as we were on the 3rd floor & the 2nd floor gates were not properly closed 6 times during our short overnight stay.
The hospitality, food, and overall stay was very good
The lift was not ok, old type shutter like one, which caused lot of inconvenience.
