Pros:

Der Poolbereich ist recht nett

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel wegen des Frühstückbuffets gebucht- als ich da war gab es leider keines.
Ich wurde um 21h 3x (!) im Zimmer angerufen weil gefragt wurde was ich frühstücken will und 2x wann.
Hätte man um 18h beim checkin locker abklären können....nervig
Das servierte Frühstück war grundsätzlich gut, aber massiv übertriebene Portionen- auch nicht attraktiv Marmelade in einer Suppenschüssel zu bekommen....
Alles sehr schmutzig- Böden, Wände, Theken, Balkon...Geruch im Badezimmer
Poolhandtücher zu bekommen war auch mit 10min Wartezeit verknüpft,aber ich bekam welche :)
Die stehen sich dort irgendwie selbst im Weg
Sie sind nett aber etwas unfähig in so manchen Dingen.
Dies war nach 3,5 Wochen Aufenthalt das erste Hotel wo Preis/Leistung nicht stimmte

A Memorable experience ✨️ 💖
Pros:

We had a One-night stay at RANDIYA HOTEL ANURADHAPURA. The food and facilities were awesome. The rooms were clean and the poolside was as well. Also, the service is excellent and customer-friendly. Overall it was a memorable and perfect stay for us. Thank you, Randiya Team, for the amazing service.

Pros:

Nothing, it was a terrible stay.

Cons:

The bed springs were all broken. My husband had to sleep on a different bed because of the dip in the bed. The pool it murky and full of hundreds of bugs. Clearly not using chemicals. The bathroom was disgusting, so much so not one of us had a shower and opted to wait for the next hotel. The room was full of mosquitoes. The pool area was gross. We absolutely didn't trust the breakfast and just ate closed items like bananas. The staff were kind but it didn't make up for a terrible experience I can't believe we paid that much for one of the worse hotels I've ever stayed in. We have paid a similar amount around Sri Lanka and have had lovely experiences. This just was not acceptable. It clearly was grand in its day but the photos were clearly from 10 years ago. Don't stay.

When we arrived they seemed suprized to see us and were not ready to arrange our checkin. When we got to the room we were extremely disappointed, the room was nothing like the photos. The room was dusty, old and very dirty. The bathroom was very dirty and filled with rust and the bed had holes in it because it was broken. The breakfast was not good either, the closed room smelt and was full of smoke. We couldn’t use the pool as it was so dirty and filled with insects. It was a bad experience and we feel we were tricked by the photos.

Pros:

I was travelling with my family and we stayed over for 1 night and purchased dinner and breakfast at the site. Dinner was a la carte and the staff were very accommodating to modify the meals to suit our egg and lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet. Breakfast was lavish including a fruit platter, egg of your choice and string hoppers with vegetarian curries and tea or coffee. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, there was ample parking space and the bathrooms were clean .

Cons:

No Major complaints, some small improvements could be done in the bathroom with regard to water drainage but nothing significant.

Manager of the hotel is very good. He was chatting with all the residents of the hotel . He is very friendly with the people.

Superb
Pros:

Great location and very comfortable. Lovely pool facilities were a real bonus. Our stay was made special by the manager, Diva. 11/10 for his hospitality, generosity, and kindness. No request was a problem, from Western breakfast choices to transport and guides.
Nice evenings on the balcony with a local Lion beer...
