We were overall very satisfied
Pros:

The view was beautiful, the room was very clean and well supplied, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The nearest beaches are 12-15min walk away from the hotel, the bus station, the stores are also quickly available. The room has a fridge as well

Pros:

La amabilidad de los propietarios, te facilitan la llegada y te enseñan a bajar a la playa por un camino en 5 minutos. El apartamento era amplio y con unas vistas increíbles. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Excelente para parejas jóvenes.

Cons:

El camino de tierra para llegar con el coche está un poco estropeado y para bajar a la playa hay que hacerlo por una cuesta de tierra bastante empinada, aunque el camino es corto, no es muy adecuado para personas mayores o con algún mínimo problema de movilidad. Para jóvenes es execelente.

Acogedora y personal encantador
Pros:

Los anfitriones muy amables y muy serviciales.
Tuvimos un percance por lo que tuvimos que quedarnos una noche más y no pusieron ningún problema.
La habitación muy limpia y acogedora.

Cons:

Si no tienes coche, la cuesta para subir al apartamento se hace bastante dura sobretodo en las horas de calor y con el equipaje/ compra. Se hace difícil encontrar taxis para subirte al alojamiento por el tipo de carretera.

It is truly a "Paradise view". The scenery from our balcony was breathtaking. You can see the sea surrounded by the small city of Himare and the surrounding mountains. The sunset view is amazing.
The hosts were welcoming and the apartment had everything including a kitchen where we made delicious seafood pasta.

Cons:

Although the location is part of the place's charm and without it there would be no Paradise view, the place was difficult to drive to or to get to on foot. It is located up a hill with roads that are not paved. The roads were also too narrow. Once we got the car to the top, we decided to just do the 15 min walk down rather than risk damaging the car.

The perfect accommodation in Himare!!
Pros:

This property was amazing! The hosts Cristina and Leandro were the sweetest and not only let us drop off our bags before check-in, took us to the roof for sunset pics but also helped us find taxis, food and even washing our clothes when we got caught in a storm. The rooms were well equipped with AC and fridges, the balconies were nice and everything was clean spotless. Property was also a 10min walk away from the beach and 15min from the main centre so in the perfect location for anyone looking for a chill holiday. 100% recommend to anyone coming to Himare as I know for sure i will be coming back again!!

Cons:

(Not a con but just a note that the path to/from beach is uphill which in summer can be quite challenging)

The hosts (employee) were friendly but spoke only greek so the communication was a bit difficult

The road to the accommodation was terrible even for my husband who is a skilled driver, upon arrival we were informed with the "cash only" policy to pay for the stay, the apartment was so hot that we didn't even manage to cool it a bit down during the night although the AC was on, the shower is non existing (not even a shower curtain) so when you shower the whole bathroom showers with you and swims in water, there wasn't even a trash bag prepared, the mosquito nets were broken altho there are enough mosquitos for the nets to be very useful, the very fast internet that is advertised on booking was working for only one hour (after that it didn't recover till the next day when we left altho we asked the hosts to take care of it)and we weren't in luck and got the apartment looking on the back side so we couldn't even enjoy the view.

Tres bel appartement sur les hauteurs de Himarë
Pros:

Tres bel accueil de cette famille grecque. Nous avons pu échangé avec le traducteur, c’était génial! Ils nous ont même prêté un parasol pendant notre séjour.
Arrivée flexible, ils sont sur les lieux pour vous aider.
Appartement grand, propre, avec climatisation et balcon avec vue sur mer et montagne.

Cons:

Pas de produits de douche.
Équipement de cuisine limité.
Ce n’est pas la faute des propriétaires, mais le chemin d’accès est limité practicable avec une voiture classique. Nous avons préféré faire à pied (15min) ou prendre la route d’en haut (plus pentu mais moins cabossée)

The host was wonderful, it was great for rest
Pros:

Very welcoming, comfortable for good sleep. A bit secluded from neighbors

Cons:

If you don’t have a car consider you will be hiking uphill to the property, especially if you have heavy luggage. I was prepared to do it but it was still difficult, there are short cuts up the mountain if you find them, there’s stairs next to the western union that will get you up faster.
