We checked in checked the room and then immediately checked out.
Pros:

Dirty smelly rooms, and unfriendly staff.

Pros:

Service was excellent. Any need was attended in quick time. Food was average and could have had more variety.
Breakfast was very Repetitive. .

Cons:

Location. The mountains the charm of Mizoram were not visible at all.

I requested for a Airport pick up and followed it up twice before I landed. No vehicle arrived.
Pros:

Cons:

Few facilities like calling bell and central AC don't function 24×7

Pros:

Great location. Friendly and quick staff but could do with a bit more training and finesse if you are to compete with other cities. I could also hear staff on their walkie-talkie throughout the stay, which was very loud for a hotel.

Not worth going there again
Pros:

It is centrally located. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful

Cons:

The rooms are not kept well. Their bathroom needs a full revamp. The rooms shown in the photo and what they gave us was very different

Pros:

We thought the staff, especially on reception were excellent.

Cons:

We felt the room was a bit scruffy. Mold on the walls, we had to ask twice to have a light in the shower replaced, the view from the window was appalling.

Pros:

Hormis l’emplacement… RIEN

Cons:

L’hôtel est décrit comme 4 étoiles avec une terrasse dans chaque chambre. Absolument rien de tout cela. La chambre est très moyenne, literie tachée et déchirée digne d’un hotel 1 étoile maximum. Petit déjeuner très moyen, dîner idem et service pathétique.

Par contre les tarifs sont réellement dignes d’un 4 ou 5 étoiles. Prohibitif !
