Que tenga fogatero e iluminación en jacuzzi

Needs more lightning on the walkways at night. We actually encountered a rattlesnake very close to our room at night after coming from the pool. It was very angry due to walking very close by

The pool is dirty and the hot tub wasnt working the first few days we were there. The property needs maintanance. Needs better exterior lighting. The sauna was covered and not working. The leading roads were flooded. So it was dificult going in and out of the property. No one covered the exterior seating so they got wet when it rained.

el estado de la habitacion se ve muy deteriorado, el host no dió instrucciones de en dónde encontrar la habitacion, tuvimos que explorar para encontrarla, le hablamos y nunca contestó. El seguro de la habitacion no funcionaba correctamente, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, en la mañana no supimos por donde pero entraron moscas a la habitacion

Únicamente considero que debiera haber más cantidad de productos de limpieza como jabón y shampoo.

There was trash EVERYWHERE! Empty bottles of beer and liqour the day we arrived. We waited until 3 for our "cabin" to be cleaned, when we arrived there was a water glass from previous guests still in our room. The terrace by the pool contained stained and ripped pool furniture, broken chairs, and tables. The sauna was also unusable... it looked like a large party booked this place tore it to shreds and maybe the rushed it for us.. I dont know ? Maybe it use to be nice ? There's a boutique hotel legit right next to this for 40$ more dollars a night I would stay there instead.

We booked 2 rooms one of them the mini split was working the other wasn’t, it had a very noisy floor cooling system, it was dripping water , they promised t fix the mini split we left and was still not working , the manager Maria told me I can used the kitchen and it was locked all the time, I. Didn’t have running water, asked the owner to be switched to another room, but he said they were book. This is the first time I didn’t get what I paid for, very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends

The rooms were not ready after the check-in time We had to wait for another 50 minutes to be able to get in our rooms. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were dirty and all the area around the pool was full of trash. Was really inconvenient to look everyday for the people who take care of the place, to ask them to turn the Jacuzzi on because the water was cold and all the chairs in the pool area were dirty. My nephew's room in the shower he only had hot water. If you choose this place to use the pool and the Jacuzzi to relax look for a different place because they don't keep this area clean and you need to look all the time for the cleaning lady, who lives in front of the Atika to ask for anything that you need, or just to use the Jacuzzi. Also in my bathroom we did not have a place to hang a towel when you take a shower. And the toilet was not clean when they finally gave us the room.
