Nothing! everything is exemptional!
Fabulous location . The family room was fully updated with new large beds, new bathroom, new curtains etc
The corridors were very narrow so the wheelchair needed to be folded up and my mum needed to walk from lift to bedroom . The smart system in room didn’t work so had no bedside light nearest the window( the staff were very accommodating and offered us another room but we declined as they got the television working and the internet

location was great right opposite the sea
Bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be
The tea making facility was in the cupboard along with your clothes and there was no cupboards to put your underwear in
No cupboards
It was clean, staff was nice. Beach was straight on doorstep. Shops wasn't far.
Rooms had Alexa in but could also control everything normal with switches.
Beds was comfy. The room was clean.
No safty locks on bedroom windows which isn't child friendly...
Food smell in room from restaurant but cant be helped.
Shower went hot and cold
Choose to beach and amenities, historic building that has been refurbished to a high standard with smart voice activated facilities,very clean room and super friendly staff.
All in all a pleasant stay and will return in the near future.

Welcoming, and great service
Very clean and well positioned to town
Rooms were nice and well maintained. Hallways are old, hotel was refurbished with a good job on the rooms and a little less love for the hallways and lifts.
The lift was a bit sketchy. Staff is only around for the evening. No actually reception just a storage room where a guy sits at.
The smell from the restaurant below was very very strong in the rooms and the lift needs cleaning smelt very mouldy and damp. The toilet near the reception smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke
Rooms was really nice & comfy.
Wayne was very good in our needs there.
Getting a pram in the elevator was very challenging along with having to walk in only one direction. Also not enough parking to accommodate rooms & had to park 5 mins away & being hassled to move my car due to bin men even though they could have easily moved around my car with a lot of space to do so. Wayne who works there was great & he had patience & dealt with the situation in a great way, he showed me where to park & even came with me in the car. So thanks again Wayne
