Pros:

Perfect for our stay in lovely Weymouth. Walking distance to the shopping area and the Pavilion. Spacious room with nice shower. We had a sea view which was fabulous.

Cons:

Unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing!! Friendly staff but the hot buffet was not at all tempting. Fancy but not friendly coffee machine. Many people had a problem using it.

It was fine for the price paid.
Pros:

Location good. Comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast adequate - not great quality. No where to hang clothes properly.

The smart room gadgets didn't work properly but was still OK decor was a little dated but looked as though some of rooms are being refurbished at the moment.

The hotel refurbishment is still unfinished.
Pros:

Parking on site was great.

Cons:

Wires hanging from the ceiling outside the room, holes in the walls in the bathroom, boxed in bare wood; all-round very unfinished condition of refurbishment.
No clear instructions for when breakfast was, and no mention of the fact that they don't serve pork until the lack of bacon/real sausages was asked about.
Lift not working which made it difficult with bags and a toddler.
