Parking only 6 spaces so got to book the parking in advance
But there is parking around town found one 15 mins away from the hotel.

Don’t do breakfast at the hotel, but there is some nice cafe along the street.

The family room could of done with a fridge for milk for the child,Breakfast was not available due to chef being on holiday,Reception and lift was not clear where they was.

It says in the add breakfast was no breakfast evening meal was woke up every morning by loud music from six till seven room was to small and not worth the money at all and I was at the very top of the building never seen any staff office was all ways locked when I needed to speak to some one

No hot water in the shower!!

Car park was very tight.

The hotel is very run down and thread bare! Too much spent on gadgets for rooms instead of addressing the damp smells and rough corridors throughout hotel.
The lack of actual communication and staff that won't speak face to face was appalling.
Can safely say will never be staying here again.

Water pressure was poor especially the sink.
The balcony needs brushing and mopping.

However the smell of mould in the building, the disrepair apparent especially the route from the lift to the room was so disappointing. The weather was wonderful, but no fridge in the room meant that we couldnt keep drinks cold, and no where to keep food which we had to buy in as there was no facility to do this in the hotel, no snacks or vending machine which would have been useful. Have they considered breakfast in the mornings, we had to uber food in every day and because of lack of refrigeration or access to a microwave anything left over had to be binned. it was such a waste of money. this hotel does not warrant its present rating especially with all the negatives - 2-3 star at the most.

Wir hatten ein Twin und einen singlr room. An einigen Tagen wurden nur in einem von beiden Zimmern die Handtücher getauscht. An 2 Tagen fehlten sie jeweils in einem Raum vollständig.

There was nothing to not like.

We booked this hotel last minute because of the hot weather and were expecting the standard usually associated with a 4-star hotel. I normally stay in 3-star hotels and above, so I was quite surprised by the overall experience here.

The recent renovations have improved the room appearance and made it a bit more comfortable, which I appreciate. However, there were still several issues that affected our stay.

The biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning. Because of the heat, we had no choice but to leave the windows slightly open during the night, which resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep due to mosquitoes. My son ended up with more than five large bites on his body.

Cleanliness also needed improvement. There was dust in the corners of the room and spider webs around the curtain pelmet. Storage space was limited, there was no towel drying rack, and the tissue box in the room only contained two tissues before running out completely.

The hotel also lacked some basic facilities and services I would expect from a 4-star property. We only saw one staff member during our stay, seemingly part-time, there was no lounge area to sit and relax, no phone in the room to contact reception, and no bar or even access to bottled water in the evening.

The parking gate also felt outdated and not particularly secure, being locked manually with an old-style lock. We had to book and pay for this parking and it said you park at your own risk 😒.

Overall, the stay felt much more like a basic B&B than a 4-star hotel, and unfortunately did not meet our expectations.
