Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The location was excellent😊

Smell in the bathroom, opened windows to let smell out.
Cooked breakfast needs to be offered.
The lift needs up grading,

Pros:

Room had been refurbished and was noce. Hotel was dated but great location

Cons:

Staff limited upon arrival. Not busy period in march would of prefrred a seafromt view.i believe in these peroids that is what they should offer customers in order to come back. However room was nice and bed was comfortable.

Great seaside town with lots to offer, will visit again.
Pros:

Nice location. Excellent sea view

Cons:

Tried booking the parking before hand, but found it very confusing. Couldn't choose multiple dates and the parking time runs from midnight to midnight???
Ended up parking elsewhere

Cons:

No proper greeting or no warm welcome when booking in.
Lack of communication for new guests.
Lingering smell of cooking from the restaurant throughout the building and the room, which lingered through the whole evening and early hours, which kept us awake.

Perfect Location. Our room was lovely and clean with amazing sea views.

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was with the parking. We had pre-booked and paid for a space due to limited availability, but on arrival it was already full as another guest had parked there without a reservation.

Isabella was fantastic and did everything she could to resolve the situation, although the other party was not very cooperative. In the end, we had to temporarily block other cars in and leave our keys with reception so the car could be moved if needed. Thankfully, the guest eventually moved their vehicle, and a member of staff kindly parked our car for us.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great location as close to beach and town, long stay parking within 5 mins walking by train station. Friendly and helpful staff and hotel food was fab

Cons:

Could have done with coat hooks and clothes cupboard and a light where room mirror was as darker part of room even with all the lights on

Very comfortable rooms and in a good location.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable! There's nothing worse than a bad night's sleep, but I couldn't fault the mattresses and duvets and slept very well. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The shower head has seen better days! This seems to be the same in so many hotels but would make such a difference in the 'luxury' bathroom. The whole hotel was a little rundown, tatty corridors, scuffed walls, the lift ceiling broken (?). Thankfully the rooms were much nicer!
