Okay. But needs some attention to the basics.
Pros:

Good location
Comfy bed
Bottled water
Nice bedding and towels

Cons:

Lift didn’t work.
Shower, no pressure and a poor shower head that water leaked from the hose.
A strong smell of drains in the bathroom.
The Alexa facility is a good idea, but didn’t work. Meade things very complicated.
Only a small fan.

Lovely house staff would stay again
Pros:

The room was good with stunning views although the lift wasn’t working and I was on the 3rd floor

Cons:

Breakfast was optional so we tried it on the first morning not to be repeated but there’s plenty of places to go

A great stay
Pros:

Location Great! Very old property that has been surprisingly modernised.
They have done a lot with a small space.

Cons:

Unfortunately the lift was out of service.

I would go back to Weymouth but not to that hotel ever

Comfortable beds, great location

Cons:

No staff around when told to drop our bags off, nobody answered the phone either, another couple couldn't get their bags either due to nobody around, it took along time to hear back from messaging service, time wasted on our day, restaurant staff was lovely.

Would say again nice view from room

Was clean and tidy, apart from the blocked shower base which was quickly sorted

Cons:

The tv. It operates with only app channels. I wanted to watch the england vs Norway football game on itvx. I tried to watch it but it wouldn't load was trying for 30 minutes. So I went to the office and asked a member of staff to check it for me. He said turn the power on the wall off and on and he will be up in a few minutes. Needless to say he never turned up and I had to watch the game on my wife's phone. So wasn't to pleased.

The personnel enter the room without knocking

Cons:

After having a shower I sat down on a chair and started to watch football, I was pretty much naked as it was very hot in the room. Next minute my room door opens and some man who I have never seen walks into the room. When he saw me in the room just apologised and left 🤯 later I found out that that guy is working in this hotel.. I didn't feel comfortable to leave my room to go to the beach because I was afraid something will be missing when I get back. I left the hotel late at night cause I couldn't fall asleep thinking that someone can walk in..

It was next to the beach

Cons:

The room was small for the money and it was to hot I paid for parking and didn’t get the day I wanted and didn’t get the money back for it

Okay seafront hotel
Pros:

Beach front location. Interesting old building.

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault but it was very hot when we stayed and pretty airless in what way a very company twin room. It had a fam, but never got under 30 degrees
