Horror, stress and a nightmare. Never book this place.
Pros:

Nothing. This booking is a bogus. Nobody showed up to hand us the keys to the room.
Booking.com can you please explain why this place is still in your listing?

Nobody showed up to hand over the keys.
No communication.
The host cannot be reached.
The host's phone is OFF.
Nothing at all.
In other words, this place is a SCAM! I demand a 100% refund.

It was a bad experience for me since this is the first time I booked a room that is incomplete and dirty.
Pros:

The unit is big and just located on the 2nd floor with pool view. Smooth checkin.

Cons:

The floor was dusty. The shower area has used shampoo and hair on the drainage. The dining table and chair still has “caramel” stain. The appliances are obviously not used and cleaned - microwave still has food stains. No trash bin provided. No toilet paper and toiletries.
