La casa è molto tranquilla e pulita. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno.

Cons:

Purtroppo la posizione è un po' fuori dal centro città, ma con un taxi si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti.

Si quieres ir de turismo a Ciudade Velha este no es tu lugar, no esta cerca, hay que coger taxi, y además no es céntrico, no hay nada alrededor, es un barrio de casas adosadas

Cons:

I booked 10 days in advance and the host immediately CONFIRMED the reservation; less than 24 hours before the check in, the host notified me via Booking chat that the stucture was full booked and thus my reservation was CANCELLED. The host did not provide any back up solution nor helped finding another accommodation; Booking customer service was also useless.

Rude owner,bad location,overpriced,dirty!

Be careful! You dont pay the amount what the platform writes you! The owner said he doesnt care how much they write, I have to pay what he thinks, around 15-20% higher amount, in CVE ofcourse. Obviously he cannot give invoice.
Very hard to find, bad location, only choose it, if it is the very last accomodation in Praia!
Overpriced in every aspect! The host is super rude and doesnt speak any foreign language! The cleaning is insufficient!
