Pros:

Good variety of south Indian breakfast. Live counters have various options of Dosa/Omlet

Cons:

Access way to hotel and Parking is extremely congested. Parking was tedious.
Towels could be of better quality.
No restaurant/gym in the hotel. Mold smell in the room
Three of us had to manage with single room key in the suite, as there was no option to provide spare room key
