Room was ok. There is a kitchen/ living room area where you can sit and have a coffee or hang out. Location is good, near to the ferry and all the attractions.

This place was so much better than expected. Everything was spotlessly clean. There are just 10 little pods so it never felt crowded. Don't forget that you booked a POD. It will be small, so don't complain about the size, but it's big enough. It's an excellent choice for solo travellers and having my own full height walk in private room made a nice change from dormitories. Everything is well thought through here, and the room was cozy, practical and very comfortable. A quality towel was supplied as well. Somehow they have managed to fit a closet with foldable clothes hangers and a bed table with a lamp on as well in the room. The common bathrooms were excellent and always clean. The Aircon is in the corridor and an extractor fan brings it into your room. There's also a regular fan in the room. Very good air quality, and if you get rained at during the day, everything will dry up overnight. The common sitting area was very nice. It also had a free hot and cold water dispenser, a fridge and a microwave. The pizza restaurant downstairs was excellent. All the information on Booking.com was correct. Excellent WiFi and excellent location just a few min walk from the ferry and the bus station. Friendly English speaking staff.

I stayed at Victoria Pods for several nights while exploring George Town and found it to be a great budget option. The location is excellent, walking distance to Little India, street art, hawker food and the ferry area. The pods were comfortable and reasonably quiet for a hostel-style setup, and I slept well. Bathrooms and common areas were clean and the place felt organised. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you want affordable accommodation in a very central location, this is a solid choice.

Privatzimmer war klein, aber privat 😊 Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Flur, aber durch Ventilator und Lüftung im Zimmer war die Temperatur angenehm und nie zu heiß. Ich fand die Dusche und das Waschbecken, trotz dass es von vielen genutzt wird, sehr sauber. Auch der Gemeinschaftsraum ist toll. Es gibt kalt und heiß Wasserspender. War auch ruhig obwohl viele Zimmer nebeneinander.

Malgré le fait que ma chambre était déjà occupée, on m’a offert une boisson et une pizza pour se faire pardonner ainsi que le remboursement de ma réservation.

Nice pods, nice facilities, restaurant below also had good food and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, especially if you need to go to Butterworth as the ferry is a 2 min walk

The staff were super nice. Arrived late. Yet they were very accommodating. Place is nice for solo travellers. A place for rest, wash and park the bags.
