L'emplacement est intéressant pour découvrir la ville. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.
Le pain et le croissant du petit déjeuner correspondaitent à nos attentes.

Cons:

La porte de communication entre la chambre et la salle de bains/toilettes ne fermait pas ... La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas la nuit, et les températures descendent encore ... heureusement, le printemps arrive.
Le petit déjeuner serait tout à fait correct si les produits étaient de qualité ou au moins frais (ananas gâté, deux morceaux de fromage très vieux, de la charcuterie d'une couleur douteuse, quant au goût...). Le manque de personnel à l'accueil, au petit-déjeuner et au départ est déstabilisant.

Pros:

Todo muy limpio y el poco personal que hay es muy atento y amable. El desayuno está todo muy bueno, los zumos y el bizcocho casero son excelentes.

Cons:

El checkin por videoconferencia es bastante incómodo y resta factor humano al hotel. Se me hizo bastante raro que no haya nadie en recepción.

Pros:

En general estuvimos bien y encontramos todo confortable y cómodo. Buen trato, buen servicio y buena estancia.

Cons:

A ciertas edades realizar el "check in" frente a una máquina cuesta un poco, pero pudimos solventar la situación con relativa facilidad. El trato humano siempre es más cercano y sencillo.
