Un check-in on-line et déshumanisé, indigne d'un hôtel 3*. Sinon, correct.
Pros:

L'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel qui m'a beaucoup aidé à résoudre efficacement un problème que je n'avais pas anticipé avant de venir.

La "réception online": un check-in en visio !

Lorsque je suis arrivé en fin d'après-midi, je me suis retrouvé devant une porte fermée avec deux digicodes. Après avoir appelé aux deux, quelqu'un m'a ouvert. Qui ? A la réception: personne ! J'appelle: personne !
Sur le côté, une borne avec un écran tactile sous lequel est marqué "recepcion online". Je clique sur l'écran.... En face de moi, une personne apparaît en haut à droite de l'écran, en visio. La personne me demande à distance d'entrer mes coordonnées, mon n° de réservation, etc... Elle me fait bouger les bras dans tous les sens et d'avant en arrière pour que la machine puisse faire la mise au point et scanner les deux côtés de ma carte d'identité, me fait signer la facture sur l'écran tactile, comme un livreur Amazon avec sa tablette.

CE TYPE D'ACCUEIL EST INACCEPTABLE POUR UN HOTEL 3* !... où la chambre coûte plus de 100 €/nuit. C'est la première fois que je vois ça ! Dans tous les autres hôtels, il y a en permanence un être humain en face de soi pour le check-in, même dans des 2* basiques.

Ce n'est que lorsque je suis redescendu de ma chambre (après 18h30) que j'ai eu un être humain en face de moi à la réception. Une personne serviable et aimable.

Correcto para pasar una noche
Pros:

Habitación limpia y camas cómodas, aunque un poco pequeña para poner cuatro camas. El desayuno muy bueno, poca variedad pero productos de calidad. El restaurante muy bien productos de calidad y buena atención.

Cons:

El servicio de recepcion por videollamada: primer nos querían cobrar más del precio de la reserva y luego nos dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, todo se solucionó pero la primera impresión no fue buena. El mobiliario de la habitación muy viejo.

Pros:

Proche du centre ville, lit confortable, personnel du petit déjeuner tres aimable, petit dej copieux avec des produits bio de qualité

Cons:

Pas de personnel d'accueil en presentiel l'enregistrement se fait a une borne avec une personne a distance.
Chambres qui manquent d'insonorisation
Salle de bain fonctionnelle mais dans son jus

Goed hondvriendelijk overnachtingshotel.
Pros:

Propere kamer en badkamer, goede bedden, airco en wifi, hondvriendelijk (mag mee in ontbijtruimte en restaurant). Gratis parking op 5 min. stappen van hotel dat in verkeersvrije, rustige straat ligt. Weinig geluidshinder, ideaal voor goede nachtrust.

Cons:

Onthaal erg onpersoonlijk, via online computerscherm (niemand aanwezig aan receptie). Restaurant/bar pas open om 21.00 en geen drankautomaat in hotel (enkel flesje water op kamer). Beperkt ontbijtbuffet en slecht werkende koffieautomaat.

El desayuno y la limpieza

Cons:

La atención online de uno de ellos. Se estropeó de dos días dos veces el ascensor. Las fotografías son un poco engañosas ya que parece que hay piscina pero en realidad es un polideportivo al que se tiene acceso pero que se tarda10 minutos en ir a pie
