Pros:

La camera era ampia il bagno anche molto confortevole. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità. Abbiamo trovato comodo poter lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza per poter girare un altro po' liberamente.

Great location, but the apartment needs some important improvements to make the stay more comfortable
Pros:

The location is perfect, with a tram stop nearby and easy access to many of the city’s main tourist attractions. It made getting around and exploring the city very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The apartment needs some important improvements. There is no mini-fridge in the apartment, which is quite inconvenient, especially when you would like to keep some water or other drinks cold.
The mattress and pillow are terrible. I normally have no problems with my back, but during our entire stay, I woke up every morning with severe back pain.
Also, when I made the booking, the listing stated that the apartment had air conditioning. This is only partially true. There is a small, vertical air-conditioning unit in the apartment, but it can only cool one room. When you close the door to the second bedroom, the cool air does not reach it, and the room becomes extremely hot. As a result, we had to keep the door open for the entire stay.

Na recepci jsme dostali poukaz na free drink v nějakém podniku, avšak nám nikdo již neřekl, že během našeho pobytu má dotyčný podnik na určité dny zavřeno

Practical and near of everything
Pros:

Very centric easy to move to tourist places

No elevator and the break fast it was in another builder but none of these things are deal breaker vso money for what you get is fair price

Ár-érték arányban drága, ebben az árban van hasonló elhelyezkedéssel valóban légkondincionált szoba.
Pros:

Reggeli, személyzet, parkolás, elhelyezkedés, szoba mérete, tisztasága is rendben volt. Könnyen bejutottunk a parkolóba, elküldték az információkat, világos instrukciót kaptunk , hogyan találjuk meg az épületet, bejutás stb. Nekünk ezzel nem volt gondunk.

Cons:

Nem volt viszont légkondicionáló, hanem egy régi készülék, ami vastag csővel van bekötve és a szőnyegen áll, iszonyú hangja van, mintha egy traktor tört volna be a szobába. Kikapcsoltuk, mert nem bírtunk tőle aludni, de 10 perc múlva olyan meleg volt a szobában, hogy vissza kellett kapcsolni. Ugrott a pihenés, ami autós utazásnál különösen hátrányos. Ezt légkondicionált szobának hirdetni enyhén szólva sem fair. Korrekt lenne jelezni, hogy ez mit jelent, mert megtévesztő.
