Ótimo custo benefício e equipe bacana.
Pros:

Equipe muito solícita e atenciosa. Café da manhã bem completo. Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis.

Cons:

A localização ser fora da cidade torna difícil para quem não está de carro.

Pros:

Camas confortáveis e café da manhã farto.

Cons:

O quarto que reservei não tinha ar condicionado e no momento que fiz a reserva, eu não achei que devesse estar atento a isso, achei que todos os quartos já possuíam ar.

Profissionais atenciosos. Limpeza impecável. Acomodação confortável e aconchegante. Ambiente agradável e silencioso.

Cons:

Em detrimento da chuva na madrugada, houve a entrada de água no quarto. Orientamos a vedação da janela. Tendo em vista o risco de queda dos hóspedes, principalmente de idosos que se levantam na madrugada para ir ao banheiro. Esperamos que as medidas cabíveis sejam adotadas. Além disso, quando passava um determinado tempo a luz começava a piscar. No mais, a acomodação foi excelente.

Satisfatória.
Pros:

Localização boa, cama boa, espaço das suítes e educação dos funcionários.

Cons:

Acredito que para justificar o investimento feito na infraestrutura do hotel (a obra é nova e os revestimentos são todos em porcelanato) os funcionários poderiam ter um carinho maior quanto a limpeza. Não que eu tenha achado o hotel sujo, mas dá para melhorar.

Não fizeram a limpeza no nosso quarto.
