Best stay ever in Sri Lanka
Pros:

One of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka. A brand new property close to all facilities. Very clean and well maintained. It was a very smooth process from checking in through to the whole stay and until we left. Was equipped with all the essentials we can think about. The owners are caring and responsive for everything in a timely manner.
Felt like home during our stay. It was a very calm and a relaxing environment. The rooftop barbecue was amazing and was one of the best parts of the stay that most of the other places would not offer.
Can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hikkaduwa Sri Lanka.
