Pros:

Un hotel muy único y con gran diseño y arquitectura. Disfruté realmente mi estadía ahí, fue toda una experiencia, tanto el diseño de las áreas comunes, como el de mi habitación (que fue la master suite). Muy limpio, buena atención de todo el personal. La alberca es climatizada, por lo que se disfruta mucho, y en la noche hasta parecía jacuzzi. La habitación muy amplia, un baño con muchísimo espacio, lo cual me agradó bastante y es algo que casi no se encuentra en los hoteles. El agua de la ducha muy bien y calienta fácilmente. La suite tenía espacio como de sala, con asientos, escritorio, espacio para ver la TV. Contaba con productos de cortesías (refrescos, aguas, botanas y dulces). La cama muy cómoda, descansé demasiado, y con almohadas igual de cómodas. La iluminación interior me gustó mucho, y además, esa habitación contaba con balcón y vista a la piscina. Realmente todo fue increíble y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Cons:

Lo único que sugiero es que las camaristas no pasen a tocar las puertas a las 7-8am para ver si hay gente. Ellas deberían de saber si las habitaciones ya han sido desocupadas para hacer check-out. Me despertaron, e incluso como no contesté, la recamarista entró a mi habitación invadiendo mi privacidad. Debería haber una mejor comunicación entre el personal para evitar esto. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Recommended for a hotel staycation
Pros:

- The building is fully renovated with an amazing pool
- The food is excellent

Cons:

- Services are slow in general; it took almost 45 minutes to get a towel in the pool area although we were asking several times

l'établissement ne m'a jamais envoyé de facture pour ma compagnie, ne m'a jamais répondu en ligne - j'ai écrit plusieurs fois! très très mauvais service! je ne recommande pas DU TOUT!

Stayed for a week and a half. Could walk, uber, mass transit to everywhere. Fantastic neighborhood.
Pros:

Staff are fabulous! Location fabulous! Food fabulous. Drinks fabulous. Very secure and safe.

Cons:

For the money incredible deal.

An oasis in the heart of Mexico City
Pros:

I extended my business stay which was already booked at this hotel by our team. I spent 6 nights at the room. The hotel is very pleasant and the staff is excellent. They are very attentive and always helpful. The room I stayed had perfect size. The bed was very large and comfy. Reception was able to provide the pillow that was more suitable for my comfort and I appreciate that. The towels and sheets were clean. I liked my time there.

Cons:

Only problem was the water pressure was unstable and the taps were a bit warn out but not a big problem. My room had some fuse issues so 3 times during my stay the electricity was gone suddenly but the team was responding very quickly via WhatsApp and fixing the issue instantly.
