We loved this property and highly recommend it. Everything we saw in the pictures is exactly what we got. It’s spacious, well stocked, and most importantly, it’s super clean. They have a washer and dryer in the common area that we could use for free, and they even provided the pods. We had everything we needed in the unit from dish washer pods to paper towels and more, and it made our stay so much more comfortable. Management, if you’re reading this, a big “thank you” for the hospitality.
The property is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, and it’s less than 10 minutes away from Barbaresco and Neive and less than 20 minutes away from Barolo, Treiso and La Morra.
The check in is self check in, one staff met us briefly just to show us the front door and the key pad. After that we were left alone and were able to contact them by WhatsApp if needed and they responded immediately each time. They were also accommodating on the late check out.
Go book this place, you won’t regret it.

Appartamento molto accogliente, vicino ad Alba e perfetto per visitare le Langhe, dotato di tutte le comodità e molto moderno !
La limpieza de la habitación, tiene todo lo necesario (jabones, toallas para la ducha y la piscina, kit de bienvenida con agua, café..).
La habitación es amplia. Lugar tranquilo, con su propio parking y piscina. Nos gustó todo.
La ubicación para nosotros estaba bien ya que íbamos a pasar unos días por la zona y dar un paseo hasta Turín.

La qualité de la résidence, des équipements, la propreté, le confort des appartements.
La proximité des lieux comme Barbaresco, Alba et des commerces.
L’emplacement avec vue sur la zone industrielle n’est pas top mais nous pouvons etre à Barbaresco en moins de 10 min !
La résidence manque de vie, les gens ne se parlent pas. L’avantage c’est que c’est calme.

Et qui, c'est pas fini, s'approprient les 4 chaises qui sont à disposition de tous dans le jardin 😁
Splendida piscina, bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato e curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Ottimi spazi comuni e ottima posizione per spostarsi e visitare la zona.
Non aspettatevi di trovarvi in mezzo alle vigne e con tipico panorama delle Langhe.
