The staff were super friendly. They even made me a special vegetarian breakfast every morning. The gym was out of service for half my time there which was a bummer, but everything else was nice. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good and the rooms are simple and clean.
The room is spacious
The air conditioner at the first room didn’t work. So I had to ask them to move me to another room coz i was tired and it was 11 pm
Everything. From the beautiful breakfast to food in the restaurant. The always happy and smiling staff to the spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Situated perfectly in the middle between the new Duta Mall and the mega town centre mall/ mall at the big roundabout for those who enjoy a nice walk. No matter what direction you walk there is an abundance of food options and friendly locals to yap with and waste away the hours. I've stayed in a few hotels in big city P but always in luwansa unless they are booked out and can't wait to for my next visit,🥰.

The location is near the airport and it is to reach using online taxi early morning. And also a lot of restaurant near the hotel, so easy for me to find what I like to eat in the walking distance. And the most important is the staff very helpful :)
