Pros:

お風呂が大きくて、足を伸ばしてジャグジーに浸かれました！お陰で日中もぽかぽかに過ごせました。犬も一緒に泊まれたことがありがたかったです。

Cons:

部屋の換気がとても強くて、ファンの切り方がわからず、とても寒かったこと。でも、ベッドサイドで切り替えができたので、その後は暖かく過ごせました。

Pros:

4人でホテルとして使用させていただいたので、部屋も広く、この値段では最高でした！ペットもいけたので、床も滑りにくく、良かったです!!

Not what we paid for
Pros:

Bathroom was nice and everything was clean

Cons:

No way to check in unless you have a phone that can call in Japan, we were stuck trying to find someone to help us after a long day of travel.

We booked a mountain view room and didn't get it, our room looked right into the trees and also didn't have a spa pool. Was very misleading from the photos. Didn't mind that it was a "love hotel" but the staff weren't interested in helping us when we asked why the room wasn't what we booked.
