Cons:

Cigiszag és kosz volt. A fürdőszoba nem volt kitakarítva, továbbá a légkondicionálóból büdös levegő jött ki. Kiabáltak egész éjszaka.
A feltöltött képek nem fedik a valóságot.

Decent hotel but can be better
Pros:

I like the location. It's near to KLCC (10mins Grab ride if no traffic jam). There are alot of food options nearby. There is a 7-eleven right beside the hotel. Bed is comfy and aircon is cold.

Cons:

Booked a family room with window for 2 nights but was given a smaller room (triple room) with no window instead on the first night, with bad smell in the room.

On the second day when move me to the family room, I do not have any towels in the hotel and I waited for more than an hour. Cannot shower or go anywhere because of that.

Pros:

Only had one night but this hotel made it seamless, the check-in was quick, and the room was clean. Every staff member really warm and helpful, made the stay feel extra nice.
