La verdad nos gusta muchísimo todo solo como sugerencia la cama puede estar un poco más cómoda , colchón sobre todo .😃

Los jardínes y las instalaciones comunes

Cons:

Teníamos el plan de ir en familia al jacuzzi y por un problema de comunicación no fue posible que lo usáramos. El SPA es estéticamente muy hermoso, pero el masaje que recibí no fue tan bueno.

Beautiful lodge for bird and nature lovers alike.
Pros:

The natural surroundings, beautiful gardens and multiple trail options are wonderful. The restaurant ambience is very nice and the menu options are diverse. All the meals and drinks were delicious. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

The wait staff is wonderful and accommodating but I did not understand if we had a designated waiter or not. On occasion the waiter service lagged.

Un emplacement magique !
Pros:

L’emplacement est magnifique et le jardin de l’hôtel dans lequel les nombreux oiseaux viennent boire et manger est incroyable. Je n’ai jamais vu autant de colibris ! Nous avons même vu un Quetzal dans un arbre de ce jardin. Le réceptionniste nous a trouvé un guide la veille pour le lendemain pour le quetzal tour et en plus un guide qui parlait français. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet très qualitatif.

Cons:

La literie est très moyenne. Nous avions mal au dos au réveil.

Très gros problèmes de communication avec cet hôtel . Nous n’avons jamais pu obtenir de réponse pour l’endroit où garer la voiture pour éviter de faire la piste dangereuse l’hôtel

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Essen war sehr gut. Die Touren im Hotelbereich sind absolut empfehlenswert. Auch der Quetzal hat sich gezeigt.
