Замечательное местоположение, очень тихо ночью; персонал отзывчивый, улыбчивый. В номерах очень чисто, моют полы каждый день, меняют полотенца.
Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный.
Очень уютно.

Cons:

В номере были проблемы с кондиционером и не очень хорошая звукоизоляция (слышали соседей отчетливо)

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido bastante negativa.

Durante toda la estancia (4 días), la cisterna del baño no funcionaba correctamente. Cada vez que necesitábamos usarlo, teníamos que avisar al personal para que vinieran a solucionarlo de forma temporal, y al poco tiempo volvía a fallar.

Además, contratamos con el hotel un traslado al aeropuerto (90€ ida y vuelta) y en ningún momento se nos informó de que debía pagarse exclusivamente en efectivo. Al ir a pagar, nos indicaron que el pago con tarjeta tenía una comisión adicional de 12€, lo que nos obligó a buscar un cajero y asumir gastos extra por retirada y cambio de divisa.

El desayuno incluido era muy pobre, con poca variedad y cantidad, y no reponían los alimentos cuando se terminaban.

El baño, además, desprendía olores muy desagradables de las cañerías, por lo que teníamos que mantener los desagües tapados. A esto se suma que el personal fumaba justo debajo de las ventanas, haciendo imposible ventilar sin que entrara humo en la habitación.

La distribución de la habitación tampoco era cómoda: la puerta del baño chocaba con la cama, dificultando el acceso. Por las noches, además, entraba bastante luz desde el pasillo por debajo de la puerta, afectando al descanso, además, cabe destacar que las paredes son de pladur, por lo que escuchas perfectamente hasta al vecino de la otra punta.

En general, no hemos recibido soluciones efectivas durante la estancia y la experiencia ha sido muy por debajo de lo esperado. No lo recomendaríamos.

Pros:

la posizione molto vicina alla Moschea Blu e alle principali attrazioni in Sultanhamet, la colazione era la quella che si trova normalmente all'estero, la camera piccola ma con tutti i comfort.

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti anche grazie alla grande cortesia del personale.
Pros:

In pieno centro storico, a due passi da Aghia Sophia, accessibile a piedi al Bazaar e altri luoghi da visitate. Un eccellente tram trasferisce sull’altra riva.
Camere non grandi ma sufficienti con bagno e doccia moderni e funzionanti

La prima colazione è da organizzare maggiormente.

Soba je svaki dan bila spremljena, doručak je bio bogat.

Cons:

Iz kupaone se širio neugodan miris odvoda te je kupaona mogla biti čišća. Također, po ulasku u sobu, primjetili smo kako nismo dobili ni sapune, ni šampon ni gel za tuširanje kao i manjak wc papira.
