The hotel reception was difficult to reach, and assistance often required waiting until staff appeared, which could take quite a while.
The room itself was spacious and clean; however, housekeeping only serviced the room if the door sign was left out, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, frequently disconnecting every 10 minutes. I would recommend purchasing a local SIM card upon arrival if you need reliable internet access.
Overall, this hotel is acceptable for a short stay of one or two nights, but I would not recommend it for longer visits.

Całkiem ok hotel w dobrej lokalizacji z dostępnym płatnym parkingiem.
Pros:

Hotel jest w dobrej lokalizacji. Do ścisłego centrum 30 minut pieszo. Można również szybko podjechać taxi. Obok hotelu dostępny jest parking w przystępnej cenie co jest zdecydowanie dużym plusem dla osób podróżujących samochodem. Pokoje dość duże, łóżka w miarę wygodne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą hotelu, szybkie zameldowanie i faktura na koniec pobytu.

Cons:

Dobrze byłoby zadbać o czystość. W prysznicu widoczny brud, a nawet pleśń. Pod łóżkiem straszny brud sięgający wielu poprzednich gości. W meblach również nie było zbyt czysto - widoczna spora warstwa kurzu.

Nice hotel well communicated by bus
Pros:

Nice welcome dinner which was a Turkish dish shared by the receptionist. Location not very convenient, specially if you wanted to go on foot. However, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel which will take you to most of the main attractions. Rooms are big, multiple pillows and nice bathroom.

Cons:

On the first night I was provided a different room which only had small individual beds (seemed like beds for kids), however, we agreed the room would be changed the day after which it happened and my stuff were moved to the new one. A minor thing although I could imagine that some people wouldn’t be able to sleep in those small beds.

Pros:

We had a late check in as our plane arrived at Sabiha Airport late at night. we reached the hotel around 3 am, and thankfully, the host was available to let us in.
For our check out, which was at 11 am, the host allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening.
The room was clean, and the housekeeping team did a great job.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you!!
