Bon séjour chez Belmond. Le personnel très professionnel ,accueillant, très gentils. Nous avons aimé le séjour dans cet

L‘emplacement , le personnel accueillant

Cons:

Papier toilette pas assez dans la chambre ,mais fallait juste demander au personnel et ils nous ont donné tout ce qui nous manquait . Petit déjeuner très servi très tot ,on respecte leur religion mais je pense que c‘est dommage de servir aussi tôt pour tous les clients,même ceux qui ne font pas le ramadan.

A plusieurs moment on a eu le sentiment que l'on était pas les bienvenus, pas de gentillesse, échange fermé. J'ai trouvé ça désagréable

Pros:

Odlična lokacija, kreveti udobni su bili udobni. Za taj novac je smeštaj korektan.

Cons:

Soba u kojoj smo bili je previše mala i tesna sa bračnim krevetom, soba sa razvojenim krevetima je komfornija i bolja opcija za preporuku

Pros:

1. Расположение отеля "Что надо", между основными достопримечательностями (Айя София) и торговым районом Лалели, Все в шаговой доступности, Трамвай, Автобусы, Метро в радиусе 1 км.
2. Завтрак на очень приятной террасе, с еще более приятным персоналом, вкусно, сытно, выбор не как у крупных отелей, но голодными точно не останетесь.
3. В относительно маленьком отелей имеется лифт, что очень удобно с ребенком.
4. Отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

1. НЕ ВЕРЬТЕ (booking.com) указанным времени заезда и выезда (00:00 и 00:00) - это абсолютная ложь! В данном отеле стандартные времена (заезд после 12:00 и выезд до 11:00 днем!). Приехали ночью в 02:00 с ребенком на руках, но пришлось решить вопрос самостоятельно, так как сутки начинались у нас с 12 дня!!! Спасибо персоналу за помощь!
2. Отсутствие хотя бы небольшого Электрочайника, приходилось бегать на Ресепшн и просить каждый раз кипяток для ребенка.
3. Номер с двуспальной кроватью очень маленький! с ребенком было очень тесно и дискомфортно! лучше выбирать номер с раздельными кроватями.
