The property, size of room and facilities inside the room.
Location of hotel, general cleanliness outside room, poor meal options especially breakfast, poor regard for other customers while some were making ruckus, too costly for provided facilities.
The owners are king and fun, we spent a great evening together. A wonderful place.
The property is a big house, a haveli, that was converted to a hotel. The owners also lives at the location although they were out during our stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Karan, Hansraj were simply amazing in service. All requests were handled quickly and with efficiency. There were some maintenance issues in the rooms but staff remediated them quickly. Breakfast was made to order and was quite good. Rooms were spacious, modern, nicely decorated and comfortable. The upper floor balcony was good for family to gather and see night lights.
The check in process was bit underwhelming. There was no real welcome or introduction to the hotel, history and facilities. Had to ask about everything. Hotel is an hour travel out of Jaipur so not the best for Jaipur sightseeing. Also there is no proper restaurants or facilities near by. The hotel kitchen was the only option available that had a very very limited menu. They only had one cook who only cooked a few limited vegetarian items. The hotel could not accept international credit cards. Luckily I had an Indian account debit card that I used to pay. We were the only guest at the time. It seemed that the property is set up more for large parties that can arrange for facilities upfront. They do not seem to have enough tourists to support the facilities.
The room was clean, the surroundings quiet and natural, the architecture beautiful and the hotel manager was truly kind and professional. Perfect place to rest and discover a smaller rajasthani city
Location is good. It is away from the city. Nice environment, cool and calm.
Breakfast, dinner was good as well.
Staff was very nice.
Pricing could have been a bit comfortable.
Overall it was a good stay.
location is very quiet and serene. very interior but once you reach it is worth it
if you are looking for sightseeing in Jaipur then this property is not advisable as it is far from Jaipur city. additional do not rely on the hotel for any car rentals etc. do your own booking of car
