Staff educato e disponibile, buona la colazione
Parcheggio a pagamento
Situato in zona periferica ma ben servita da autobus e bike sharing. Proprio difronte all'hotel stanno facendo lavori per la metro però la camera con le finestre chiuse rimane silenziosa

Hotel Porcel Torneo aceptable, pero admite mejoras
Pros:

Ubicacion muy bien. Mi objetivo era la cercania con hospital

Cons:

La comida regular y poco para elegir. Los precios altos para la calidad.
El Sñor. que me atendió correcto, pero no daba abasto para atender todo; al cliente, la cocina, el bar..... Se veia agobiado.

La amplitud de la cama y la comodidad....el que estuviese de obra en el patio interior pero que no se oía ningún ruido...las botellitas de agua de cortesía...el jabón líquido del baño rellenable y no sobres como en otros sitios...

Cons:

La bañera, en vez de la placa ducha y la pequeña mampara que llenó de agua el baño.

Le personnel n'était pas vraiment très réactif(l'anglais pas très maîtrisé de la plupart des employes qu'on a rencontré a joué aussi), un peu confus aussi à donner l'information concernant le petit déjeuner ( payer au bar ou pendant le check out) .
Lit pas très confortable ( lits jumeaux pour un couple pas très pratique aussi)

Pros:

Śniadanie pyszne i bardzo urozmaicone. Przepyszna kawa, pieczywo, a także hiszpańskie sery, szynki oraz warzywa.
Ogólny standard hotelu oceniam na bardzo wysoki, przestronne pokoje z dużymi łazienkami i wygodnymi łóżkami. Utrzymana czystość w całym hotelu. Lokalizacja również jest dobra. W pobliżu znajdują się przystanki autobusowe, a także sklepy, takie jak Lidl czy Mercadona. Do ścisłego centrum można dojechać w 15 min. Hotel znajduje się w cichej okolicy, także można się spokojnie wyspać.

La disposición del personal para solventar los problemas

Cons:

La habitación nos pareció pequeña para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Siendo este detalle lo que más nos disgustó. Faltaba la mesita y dos butacas que es habitual en estos hoteles.

También había detalles en el baño (bañera, bidet) que indicaban que necesita una renovación.

Echamos en falta una cafetera de cápsulas de café o sobres de café instantáneo, de té, leche que estamos acostumbrados a encontrarnos en otros hoteles de esta categoría.

La caja fuerte no funcionaba, la ventana no cerraba bien...

Por estas deficiencias nos invitaron a desayunar tres días.
