A great hotel but be aware that it is close to the road so there is a lot of truck noise at night.
Pros:

Breakfast was a buffet and lots of food available. We've been here before so knew that it was a decent place.

Cons:

The shower dribbled and really needs to get fixed. Also, the wifi wasn't working.

The room was what I expected. Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Woke up to a buffet breakfast which had a variety, my favourite was mbaazi , it had a nice local touch.

le petit déjeuner était très simpliste pas de pain ni d'équivalent pour tartiner ou manger des oeufs, produit locaux mais nous ne savions comment les agrémenter

Pros:

You get what you paid for. For the amount I paid U was satisfied with the room, lunch service was great, lunch waiters were great and the area is located in a Central place.

Cons:

The dinner service and staff was AWFUL. Old food, waited 1.5 hours to get that, 20min to get water. On check out day there was no water as well for a while. They did offer for us to shower in the Executive room though.

Beautiful property with good people
Pros:

I loved the location, the room, the staff was excellent as well. From the young man ar the front desk to the servers at the restaurant. The breakfast was great with some elements of local cuisine which was great. You can request omelets at breakfast. The room had air conditioning which was so appreciated due to the heat in Voi. Water pressure was great, bedding clean, mosquito nets available. You can request transport to the SGR from the front desk. You can take a Tuktuk into the town as well. They also have parking. I will recommend it to others and will more than likely stay here every time I come to Voi.

Cons:

There were several cats in the dining area. On tables and chairs which is gross and not hygienic at all.
