La fllle à la réception n'était pas du tout gentille ni professionnelle, elle m'a informé que l'hôtel est complet alors que je me suis arrivé à 19h00 et ma réservation était confirmée par booking.
Par contre un jeune homme du service étage était très accueillant et a essayé de résoudre le problème d'une manière professionnelle.
