Purtroppo la nostra esperienza presso questa struttura è stata estremamente negativa, principalmente a causa delle gravi carenze dal punto di vista igienico.

Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera in condizioni di pulizia inaccettabili: il pavimento era ricoperto di macchie e sporco, la doccia presentava evidenti residui e incrostazioni, le superfici non erano state adeguatamente pulite e i mobili erano ricoperti da uno spesso strato di polvere. Le condizioni della camera erano ben lontane da quelle mostrate nelle fotografie pubblicate sul sito.

La situazione è peggiorata ulteriormente quando, rientrando in hotel la sera, abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio vivo all'interno della doccia. Abbiamo immediatamente segnalato l'accaduto alla reception. Un giovane membro dello staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile e, su nostra richiesta, ci ha fatto cambiare camera.

Purtroppo, una volta entrati nella nuova stanza, abbiamo constatato che anche questa presentava le stesse identiche problematiche igieniche: pavimenti sporchi, bagno non adeguatamente pulito, polvere sulle superfici e una generale mancanza di cura. Il cambio di camera, quindi, non ha risolto il problema.

Ci teniamo a precisare che il personale ha cercato di assisterci con cortesia, ma le condizioni generali della struttura non erano compatibili con gli standard minimi di igiene che ci si aspetta da una struttura ricettiva. Le fotografie che alleghiamo documentano fedelmente quanto descritto.

Per questi motivi riteniamo che il servizio ricevuto non sia stato conforme a quanto pubblicizzato e non ci sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura.

Pros:

L’entrée de l’hôtel ( intérieur ) très propre le seule point fort de l’hôtel est le personnel qui est très agréable et à l’écoute des clients

En entrant dans la chambre part rapport au prix ont se dit que c’est bien une fois installer ont se rend vite compte de tout les cafards dans les tiroirs de l’état sal des draps et quand je parle de sal c’est des taches des poils . L’entretient de l’équipement tout était médiocre sauf la clim.
La douche sal et mal entretenue .
Sur deux nuit je suis rester une nuit car impossible d’y rester avec des enfants . Et si j’y suis rester c’est qu’il était tard .
