Don’t go, this is not whatsoever a five star hotel!!!!
Pros:

The staff, the front desk, the man who carried the luggage, they saved the hotel and the trip .

Cons:

I really don’t know how do get the five stars, you deserve 3 stars! We do not like of anything, the breakfast I paid for and went for one day and the rest I had out of the hotel. I was literally robbed!!!

Elegancia y comodidad en el centro de Florencia.
Pros:

Tiene muchísimo encanto, instalaciones preciosas, una decoración muy bonita y una ubicación inmejorable. Desde nuestra ventana se veía la torre de Santa María si Fiori. La recepcionista, Rebecca, un encanto, amable a más no poder y dispuesta a solucionar cualquier duda. Fue la que nos atendió y le damos un 10. El resto del personal imagino que es igual.

Cons:

No puedo decir nada. Todo de maravilla.

Pros:

Was a family of 4. The location is good. But the hotel shows wear and very peculiarly furniture choices bathroom could use updating daughter turned on jets and black debris came out. Under no circumstances is this luxury or 5 stars. It’s more like a 3/4 star hotel.
Plus side size rooms was large with high ceilings.

Great place to stay!!
Pros:

Hotel Number Nine is an amazing place to stay by everything you could want in Florance. The hotel is well appointed and had really great staff we were able to work with on trips and places to eat. We had a triple room / suite that was stunning and large. A double size white pool tub and massive shower.

Breakfast at Daisy’s was a great way to start the day each morning. Only disappointment was we did not get to see a jazz show at Daisy’s in the evening on the dates we were there, but we were there Sunday through Wednesday. They posted the show dates and our schedule did not align. Would stay here again without question. Walking distance to every major landmark we wanted to visit.

Fabulous, friendly, central
Pros:

A beautiful hotel, with incredible staff! Rooms were gorgeous, and the breakfast delicious and ample. Staff were so helpful when it came to bookings and reservations. In-house cocktail bar, with phenomenal in-house band, led by the wonderful Daisy. The hotel is central, yet so quiet, until you open your windows and hear the cathedral's bells... Very convenient location for sights, bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the main train station. Perfect!

Unfortunate.
Pros:

Member of Club Nine. Experience - Average. The Bar staff are great, the music is fun and you can always depend on it as a place to go out, meet friends, and the gym is functional, and the combination with the spa and location is what sells it but be prepared to be treated with disdain and passive aggression. Hold your breath, speed past reception, and God help you if you ask a question.

Pros:

Highly recommend this hotel! Stayed in a family suite with my 2 college aged daughters and the room was incredibly spacious. The staff were amazing throughout our stay and breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our days in Florence.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Number Nine during our long weekend in Florence and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful - very stylish decor and lots of attention to detail. The rooms are big and spacious . The staff were extremely professional and attentive. The hotel is in a perfect location, just walking distance to all major attractions and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!
