A truly memorable stay here just before Christmas with my son. A very warm welcome which continued throughout our stay. The rooms are very spacious, well appointed and decorated to a high standard. The toiletries are Diptyque which I’ve never seen a hotel stock previously which felt truly special. We dined in the restaurant each evening and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and delicious food.

Great location, design of the room, restaurant, lobby, corridors. Fantastic design for the hotel. The ceiling and windows of the room with 2 double beds were like a palace.

Our stay at Hotel Number Nine was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome and added so much to our overall experience.
Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to return to and relax.
The hotel's location couldn't have been better. Being right in the heart of Florence allowed us to easily walk to the Duomo, incredible restaurants, shopping, and so many of the city's famous attractions. We loved being able to experience the city on foot without worrying about transportation.
Hotel Number Nine played a big part in making our trip to Florence so memorable. We left feeling well taken care of and genuinely appreciated as guests. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay in Florence.
I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough! If you're staying in Florence, this is the place to book. The location is absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself is such a beautiful boutique style property with so much charm and an amazing atmosphere.
What really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Irene, the Front Desk Director, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra memorable. Her hospitality really made all the difference.
If you book a massage, definitely ask for Emma. She gave one of the best massages I've ever had and I can't recommend her enough. Every morning at breakfast, David was so attentive, friendly, and always happy to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. And in the evenings, Arman was wonderful. He always made sure we had everything we needed and was always so kind and helpful.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning, the service was exceptional, and every single person we encountered made us feel right at home. It's rare to find a hotel where every staff member genuinely cares about making your stay special.
You really don't need to look anywhere else. If you're visiting Florence, book your stay here. You won't regret it!
Amazing, amazing hotel. Perfect location. No complaints. Fantastic gym. Breakfast was delicious. Just an FYI, unlike many hotels in Europe that we have stayed at, this breakfast had us order off the menu (rather than a buffet). My family tends to like the buffet more but said this food was much better.
