We stayed at Hotel Number Nine during our long weekend in Florence and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful - very stylish decor and lots of attention to detail. The rooms are big and spacious . The staff were extremely professional and attentive. The hotel is in a perfect location, just walking distance to all major attractions and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at this hotel was beyond expectations. The interior is beautifully designed, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Big disappointment, the reviews didn’t match the reality , this is not a 5 star hotel, the hotel is not clean , the furniture is very poor and ugly , the lifts are terrible , the corridors are nerrow and unplanned , very bad experience.
