Beautiful building and gardens.
Our host left port for us in the lounge as a night cap.
Amazing staff who are very friendly and accomodating with a personal touch to their customer service. Beautiful grounds and room, clean and fresh. Will definitely be back, maybe for a personal holiday next time.

Absolutely exceptional service and beautiful heritage building with so much history. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking not only for a luxury accommodation but also a unique experience and insight into the history of Braidwood. My first time visiting this quaint country town and I was travelling with my Mum so I was looking for somewhere with a bit of luxury and character. Well it certainly exceeded expectations! We really liked the gardens and were warmly greeted at reception by the lovely Host Gabriele. We were pleasantly surprised to have room service throughout our stay with towels replenished which was lovely. The tea and coffee set up was gorgeous and sitting out on the balcony in mornings overlooking the hills was such a pleasant way to start the day. Overall would highly recommend and stay here again! Thank you Gabriele for such a wonderful stay!
No lift (which was sort of expected as heritage building) but only one flight of stairs so not that bad - will travel light next time!

Lovely to look at lovely location.
Bed was uncomfortable, cobwebs in room, tv remote dead, window rattled at night, was not told there was no elevator for luggage, was advertised as luxury hotel but wasn’t.
Comfy bed and spacious room with ensuite.
Lack of amenities in the room. A bar fridge would have been very useful.
