Bellissime giornate a Toscolano

Small and personable staff, ideally located in a quiet place, very modern and rooms well furnished. Good security with locked gates.

This was an amazing experience overal. Where to start? Staff made sure there was parking on arrival and he made a reservation for us at nearby restaurant Za Mari, which was very nice with lake view terrace. Super clean room with all the comfort you need. Breakfast was great in the gorgeous garden with amazing cappucino's. But formost, the great people here really make your stay special. Boutique hotel is not just a name here.

Ruhige Lage! Trotzdem Nähe zum Strand und einem guten Restaurant. Sehr gutes und liebevoll bereitetes Frühstück. Ein besonders stilvoll gestaltetes Hotel! Außergewöhnlich freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr nette Hotel-Eigentümer!

Pobyt w tym hotelu był absolutnie rewelacyjny, to po prostu wyższy poziom pobytu. Niesamowita obsługa - od tego trzeba zacząć i warto podkreślić ich ogromną życzliwość, uprzejmość i wspaniały kontakt. Pomogli nam w rozwiązaniu pewnego problemu, chętnie podzielili się wskazówkami co odwiedzić i gdzie zjeść. Co do noclegu: bardzo wygodne łóżka, komfortowe pokoje, dostępny parking, pyszne śniadania. Jesteśmy całkowicie oczarowani tym miejscem i gospodarzami - to nasz ulubiony hotel, będziemy tu wracać na kolejne lata!

Mi-a plăcut totul la acest hotel, dar în special atitudinea personalului! Extrem de amabili, de serviabili, ne-au trimis mesaj cu o zi înainte de a ajunge, ne-au întrebat dacă avem vreo solicitare specială, când am ajuns ne-au întâmpinat cu zâmbetul pe buze și dornici sa ne ajute. Cât am fost cazați la ei, in fiecare dimineață, ne întâmpinau cu voie buna și cu nelipsitul zambet. Ne-au trimis pe whatsapp locații cu restaurante, cafenele, locuri de închiriat biciclete, la plecare ne-au întrebat dacă dorim sa ne pregătească un pachet pentru drum știind că vom avea mult de mers înapoi către casa, ne-au trimis mesaj să ne întrebe dacă suntem bine și dacă este totul în regula pe drum. Am calatorit mult de-a lungul timpului și am stat la sute de hoteluri, nu am întâlnit nicăieri așa personal amabil și plin de entuziasm. Felicitări, dragilor! Așa cum v-am spus, o sa va recomand tuturor prietenilor și cunostintelor noastre și cu siguranță cand vom mai ajunge la Lago di Garda vom reveni cu mare drag la voi!

Wszystko w tym hotelu zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę. Gustownie wykończone wnętrza, czystość, bezpłatny parking, wspaniałe śniadanie, wyśmienita kawa, pomocny i bardzo uprzejmy personel oraz bliskość plaży ( około 2 minuty spacerkiem) - wszystko to sprawia, że polecam gorąco ten hotel i może tam jeszcze wrócę.

Reflection is a great location to explore Lake Garda. The staff is amazing! They are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The hotel is emasculate. Breakfast has a good selection and the staff is very attentive to your needs. The beach is a short walk away and gelato is near by. The owners are there daily to assist their guests.
