Pros:

Ein sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes kleines Hotel, mit sehr viel Liebe geführt. Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Teams war herausragend! Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, sowie in der Hotelanlage war hervorragend. Das gute Frühstück ließ uns bestens in den Tag starten.
Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen, für unseren nächsten Urlaub am Gardasee ist es die erste Adresse.

Estadia maravilhosa com muito conforto, limpeza e ótima comida.
Pros:

Local muito limpo, organizado, de alta qualidade. O atendimento é muito profissional, com pessoas muito educadas e atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito bom, e o hotel é muito bem localizado, ao lado de uma praia e de restaurante.

So so clean .. easy ... close to farry and main towns .. the staff was super nice .. narin also stefania .. enjoyed the stay very much

Cons:

No lift .. but its only one floor and narin helped me with luggage

Naren e Stefania i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e ospitali,ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.
L'hotel è una deliziosa realtà con stanze super pulite, il materasso è fornito di topper rendendo il nostro sonno confortevole.
La colazione è con prodotti di qualità ed il tavolo delle colazioni è sempre rifornito di cose buone.
Tutti i dipendenti contribuiscono all'armonia di questa struttura.
Abbiamo conosciuto Alba alla reception che ci ha condotti in stanza
Evento raro e di conseguenza è importante sottolinearlo

Superb service and great location
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, superb service throughout our stay, with everyone being so friendly and professional. The location is also excellent, just steps away from the lake and a lovely walkway.

We should have stayed longer than just one night!

Moderne, stilvolle Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern und Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre
Pros:

Stefania und Naren machen einen großartigen Job und kümmern sich mit Begeisterung um ihre Gäste, das spürt man in jedem Gespräch! Man erhält tolle Informationen zu Veranstaltungen oder lokalen Restaurants und wird rund um versorgt. Das Hotel ist modern und stilvoll gestaltet - die Betten außerordentlich bequem. Das Badezimmer hat eine angenehme Größe und bietet alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl, der (sehr gute) Kaffee stammt aus einer Siebträgermaschine. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt auf der Westseite des Gardasees durchwegs empfehlen!

Cons:

Verbesserungsvorschläge auf sehr sehr hohem Niveau wären: Die Doppelwandgläser für den Tee sind super anzusehen, allerdings bleibt das Getränk eben sehr lange heiß und lässt sich nicht sofort trinken - eventuell könnte man eine zweite Sorte von Gläsern anbieten.

Super schönes Hotel mit herzlichen Personal. Klare Empfehlung!
Pros:

Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Noch nie so erlebt. Alle mit Herzblut dabei. Die Zimmer sind super modern und sauber. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Privater Parkplatz. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Kaffee am nachmittag sehr lecker. Räder zum ausleihen. Wir bekamen für jeden Ausflug Nachrichten mit Parkmöglichkeiten, Essensempfehlungen usw. Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Wirklich nichts.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!

Cons:

Einen kleinen Abstrich gibt es bei der Lage - bei offenem Fenster ist es auf der Straßenseite doch ganz schön laut.
