2 clean private rooms, an unhealthy uncomfortable place to stay
Pros:

The 2 beds were large and comfortable. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, the kitchen counter tops were clean…on the first day. The property manager was HIGHLY responsive to requests for heat and toilet paper. It was very quiet, safe, quite close to the light rail and Shulman. The heat worked quite well in winter.

Cons:

There were significant mouse droppings in the drawer with the glasses. The ceiling constantly rained bits of plaster onto everything, there was no plug near the one mirror, the shower had to be turned off after 2 minutes to let the water drain, there was no shower curtain and a dam had to be made of towels to keep from flooding the entire bathroom. Most of the counters and floor had a heavy layer of dust and plaster bits on them. The room was large but poorly laid out so there was no place for 2+ people to sit and talk. The property manager sent flowers and a cleaning lady who recleaned the clean areas and left the filthy areas, like the boards next to the beds, filthy. One room is 10% above ground, the other two are below ground. One bedroom is clearly the bomb shelter and has no heat in it.

Family business trip
Pros:

Loved this apartment, it was very cute, and authentic which is what we were after with the stone walls. The host was awesome.
It was near the light rail station, and the market so super accessible for the old city.
