Wouldn’t recommend or stay again
Pros:

In 3 weeks in Sri Lanka I stayed in places half the price than are much much better for less price.
Suggestions for improvement. Actual host be on site to help. Not some kid who didn’t care and didn’t as difficult to communicate with. Maybe a kettle in the room or at least a communal space you could make a cup of tea. Maybe a fridge you could use. A squeegee in shower content soaked all the time. Maybe clean the hair out of the drain in shower. If breakfast is advertised then maybe offer that. Mosquito net over bed. I killed 8 mosquitoes and was still eaten alive while sleeping. Maybe clean bath matts from time to time.

Pros:

Приятный отель с классным бассейном.У нас была большая семейная комната, кровати комфортные, в номере чисто. Нам отель понравился. Если убрать небольшие недостатки, то будет очень классный отель.

Cons:

-слабый напор воды. В нашем номере вода была чуть теплая, но тк было жарко, то проблем не было
-в номере нет чайника. Воды можно кипятить только на первом этаже на кухне
-в номере нет переходника для европейских розеток. Мы попросили у работника, но у него переходника не оказалось, пришлось искать вечером в магазине самим. Купили в небольшом супермаркете Tesco
-фена тоже нет, но у меня был свой, поэтому у меня проблем не возникло
-нет одноразовых шампуней и гелей хотя бы на первую ночь

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a beautiful and peaceful stay.
