Pros:

The room is clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is conveniently located to delicious food and within walking distance to Gwangalii beach. Best of all, the owner is super kind and very friendly. She shared about her art and gave me an umbrella to keep during my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again for my next visit.

good location, but lacking cleanliness
Pros:

very friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, awesome location

Cons:

the cleanliness is lacking with spots on curtains and blanket, as well as hair on the floor or hair in the bathroom. The owner is very sweet and friendly, but she unlocked and entered my room two times without prior notice in the evening to hand in new towels

calme, simple, efficace et humain
Pros:

le calme, l’hôtel et suffisamment prêt de tout mais en même temps dans un endroit trés calme donc pas de probleme de nuisance sonore le soir.
la simplicité, l'essentiel est là pour une bonne experience a Busan.
l’échange trés cordial et de qualité que nous avons eu avec la personne qui tient l'hotel. Un vrai plaisir de discuter avec elle.

Cons:

Peut-être un petit meuble de rangement pour les vêtements aurait été le bienvenue.
En même temps, pour 3 jours, pas besoin de beaucoup de vêtements donc ce n’était pas très pénalisant de garder tout dans les sacs.

Fake Hospitality and Zero Respect for Guest Privacy
Cons:

This hotel is overpriced and not worth the money.

The most serious issue was that the owner “the nice lady according to the comments” entered my room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. She knocked, assumed nobody was inside, and walked into my room without permission. She immediately left after seeing me because she was clearly surprised that someone was there. This is a serious violation of privacy and completely unacceptable.

I had read reviews describing this lady as very kind, but my experience was the opposite. She comes across as fake nice. She apologized afterward, but even during the apology she claimed she “didn’t know,” despite the Do Not Disturb sign being clearly visible on the door.

The hotel also advertises check-in at 5:00 p.m., which is already unreasonably late. In reality, the rooms are ready about two hours earlier.

To make things worse, I was told to turn off the air conditioning every time I left the room. For a hotel charging around €70 per night, this is simply ridiculous.

Overall, this hotel is overpriced for what it offers. You can stay in Haeundae for half the price, enjoy better accommodations, and have easier access to most tours, which depart from there. I moved here because it is marketed as a better area, but the reality is that it is more touristy, more expensive, and offers no real advantage.

I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

excellent room, would stay here again
Pros:

Best hotel we stayed at in South Korea! Room was comfortable, clean, and roomy. The host was so very kind and sweet. We chatted for several minutes and she even offered to help with my laundry after a long travel day. Highly reccomend!

Cons:

Wifi was a little spotty at times but never a serious issue
