Hotel pulito e ottime camere
Ottime cene al Ristorante Hotel Lenzerhorn ( pizza e fondue al formaggio )

Cons:

Purtroppo unica nota negativa che devo comunicare che nonostante su Booking ci sia scritto:

Alla reception parlavano solo Tedesco e Inglese, noi Ticinesi ci adattiamo sempre ma trovo peccato perchè i dettagli fanno la differenza.

Schön geräumiges Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Zimmer nicht zur Hauptstrasse wählen

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, geräumiges Zimmer, top Fahrradgarage im Nebengebäude, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Zimmer war direkt zur Haupstrasse, TV hat nicht funktioniert.

Camere e posizione.

Cons:

Troppo costoso.
Inoltre: nelle camere potrebbero mettere un frigo anche se con solo acqua, e un bollitore per poter fare un thé o un caffè. Inoltre al piano terra mettere a disposizione bibite calde e fredde anche dentro ad una macchina automatica.

Schöner angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Super Lage. Es ist zwar direkt an der Hauptstrasse aber ich empfand es als ruhig! Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Essen. Ganz tolles Frühstück war mit dabei. Wir konnten den Velo-Keller vom Lenzerhorn benutzen das war super. Auch fand ich toll dass wir gegen Gebühr den Wellnessbereich des Lenzerhofs benutzen durften...

Cons:

Bei diesen Temperaturen hat mir ein Kühlschrank gefehlt um Getränke und Snacks kühl zu halten.
Bei beiden betten war der Lattenrost nicht mehr so toll, eine Latte ist immer wieder runtergefallen.
Es war toll dass wir den Wellnessbereich des Lenzerhorn mit benutzen durften. Allredings wollten wir nur in den Pool und da fand ich für 1 Stunde Pool, 2 Personen für 30 Franken etwas viel und wir haben das nur an einem Tag benutz.

Gutes und angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm und ruhig.
Sehr gute Lage, mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Das Restaurant unten ist sehr gut und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig mit vielen Brotsorten.
Etwas schade fand ich, dass der Lachs nicht gekühlt war, es war doch sehr heiss in diesen Wochen.

Super schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Zimmer sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Lage mitten im Zentrum und doch sehr ruhig. Garage direkt neben Hotel.

Ein sympathisches, gut gelegenes Hotel, wo wir gern wieder übernachten werden.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels, das überaus nette, zuvorkommende Personal,die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Zimmers sowie die top gelegene Garage,die ideal mit dem Hotel verbunden ist.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Eisschrank im Zimmer wäre toll. Die Parkplätze in der Garage sind für grosse Autos etwas gar eng bemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war o.k., aber nicht mehr.

Das "Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Südbalkon" war perfekt! Die Grösse, die Lage und die schöne Möbilierung... grosses Kompliment! Das gilt auch für das freundliche Personal! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
