Der Aufenthalt hat Spass gemacht und die Dienstleistung absolut gut.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend im Angebot und gut. Zusätzliche Wünsche wurden gerne erfüllt.
Das Brotangebot war für jene, die etwas später frühstücken kamen, nicht mehr vollumfänglich verfügbar.

Cons:

Das Bett hat eine zu weiche, in der Mitte durchhängende Matratze.
Sonst keine Dinge, die erwähnt werden müssen.

Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Wir konnten den Spa Bereich des Hotels Lenzerhorn kostenfrei mit nutzen.
Es gibt eine große Auswahl an hervorragenden Restaurants im Haus.

Cons:

Keine Minibar bzw. Kein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und keine Angebot von Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer.

Sehr freundlich und es hat an nichts gefehlt...
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und zentral in der Lenzerheide, direkt an der Skipiste (Talabfahrt). DAs Frühstück war super und sehr vielseitig. Guter SPA-Bereich, den wir nutzen durften im Haupthotel. Wir haben auch im Hotel am Abend auch gegessen, das war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Good location, friendly staff, very good breakfast, nice appartment with a spacious balcony.

Cons:

The beds were quite hard and the room temperature was not managable. Room was very warm and so we had to open the window at night which unfortunately let in the noise from outside.
