Pros:

Staff was really nice

Cons:

The room was not clean, the pull out mattress was pretty gross, bathroom wasnt cleaned very well and it was apparent that the blankets had not been washed as well. The price was too high for the conditions.

I thought the breakfast was fair. Not Marriott quality but fair

Cons:

The room service was terrible. The lobby was dirty along with the room. Had stains on couch and we never saw room service on the nights we stayed. The front desk night staff were unfriendly. Need an attitude adjustment.

I loved this place and i’m definitely coming back.
Pros:

i loved the hospitality also the property was very clean no issues and the staff was very nice . i would definitely come back here plus i love the breakfast lots of variety my family enjoyed it .

I liked how it was close to everything. The stores and right off the highway.

Cons:

The pillows were too thick.
But that didnt matter too much .

Good for a few nights stay.
Pros:

Customer service was great as always. Rooms are nice. We've stayed here numerous times and it's worth the stay well over other options in Thatcher.

Cons:

Breakfasts have been better. I'm sure they will be again.
