Keine Klimaanlage, überhitzte Zimmer, extrem!! Laut mit S Bahn Station DIREKT UNTER DEN Fenstern, Lautsprecher Ansagen incl., sehr laute Strasse, kein guter Kundenservice, fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Haben überhaupt nicht geschlafen und sind um 4.30 Uhr aufgestanden und dann frühzeitig ohne Frühstück abgereist

Einfach nur wohlfuehlen und geniessen!
Pros:

Ich war zum wiederholten Male mit meiner Tochter in diesem Hotel und wir kommen wieder. ALLES ist wirklich grosse Klasse! Besonders lieben wir die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Tatsache, das auch ein ausgezeichnetes Italienisches Restaurant im selben Haus ist.

Mobile Klimaanlage wurde bei Hitze nicht angeboten.
Bei Abreise bekam ich mitgeteilt, dass es welche gibt, was nirgends kommuniziert wurde.

Genau, was wir brauchten, ideal um entspannte Zeit in Hamburg zu verbringen
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, wenn man nicht in der Innenstadt sein will! Direkt neben der S-Bahn-Linie 1 und trotzdem absolut ruhig durch 3-fach verglaste Fenster. Aber auch auf dem kleinen Balkon war es nicht zu laut.
Im Hotel unten gibt es ein italienisches Restaurant, welches ich absolut empfehlen kann.. Sehr lecker, Ambiente angenehm und Preise angemessen.
Personal extrem freundlich/herzlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Gibt nichts zu meckern. Preis-Leistung stimmt.
