Pros:

L'host,presente seppur non sul posto,ha dispensato consigli su dove parcheggiare,dove andare a mangiare ecc. Gentilissimo. La posizione ottima, in pieno centro. A 500 metri da piazza Unità d'Italia.

Cons:

La porta del bagno non si chiudeva,lo sciacquone mancava di pulsante, il lavandino era estremamente scomodo. Mancavano gli scuri,nonostante la tenda al sorgere del sole c'era luce nella stanza.

Billig eingerichtetes und ungepflegtes Apartment in Top- Lage
Pros:

- Lage

- Aufzug

- Fenster sind ganz gut schallgeschützt, so dass man den Verkehr und die umliegenden Lokale bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum hört

- Klimaanlage funktioniert

- Bett war für mich bequem

Cons:

Das Apartment wurde zwar erst vor knapp 2 Jahren komplett neu gemacht, aber es gibt einige Mängel:

- die Sauberkeit lässt extrem zu wünschen über, man hat den Eindruck, dass die Reinigungskräfte nur oberflächlich drüberwischen. Verschimmelte und dreckige Fugen in der Dusche, die Lüftung im Bad ist komplett verstaubt, Verschmutzung in der Küche am Waschbeckenrand und in den Küchenladen, staubiger Stoffbezug beim Betthaupt....

- Duschschlauch fehlt, es wurde auch nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter keiner montiert. Die Begründung war, dass der Techniker leider keine Zeit hatte (wozu brauche ich einen Techniker, um einen Duschschlauch an den vorhandenen Wasseranschluss zu schrauben? Das kann jeder minderbegabte Hobbyhandwerker). Somit konnte nur die vorhandene Regendusche genutzt werden, was nicht optimal ist.

- billige und lieblose Einrichtung

- Spiegel ist nur im Bad vorhanden, obwohl im Apartment genügend Flächen für einen großen vorhanden wären

- keine Kleiderhaken im Kasten

- die Dunstabzugshaube ist zwar nett anzusehen, sie funktioniert aber nicht

- der Kasten steht so knapp am Bett, dass nur auf einer Seite eine Ablage vorhanden ist

- im Bad und im Zimmer gibt es nur Klebehaken, an denen man sich nichts aufhängen traut

- Sockelleisten fehlen

- es gibt keine Leselampen beim Bett, wenn man in der Nacht wohin muss, muss man entweder das große Licht aufdrehen oder im Finsteren durch das Zimmer gehen.

Und zum Drüberstreuen klebt ein Zettel beim Waschbecken, dass man benutztes Geschirr abwaschen und wieder in die Kästen räumen soll, allerdings sind weder Schwamm noch Geschirrtuch vorhanden.

It was our fourth time in Trieste at this apartment. I would not choose any other options as it is ideally located, well maintained, everything is smoothly managed, topped with the endless care and practical tips of the host.
