Pros:

The staff who answered the phone call was really helpful :) they offered coffee and cookies!

Cons:

Cleaning was a bit disappointing, fan was full of hairs and dust attached to it. The place was really hot and didnt had A/C... it should also have more pillows, 1 per person is not enough when they are little. Didn't had a TV which is also unfortunate :/

Does what it says on the tin.
Pros:

Fantastic location for Wembley Stadium, 10 minute walk and on a busy street, so felt safe. Great for one night for a concert at Wembley.

Cons:

It’s very tired in parts and could do with some sprucing up, cleanliness standards could have been higher.

they canceled my reservation half an hour before i was supposed to check in so i was left without a place to stay. they didn’t offer to solve the issue plus the room was back on booking at double the price.

Not the best
Pros:

It was a great location to Wembley and the train station. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The shower didn't work and all I was offered was a phone call on how to tell me how to work a shower when there where no water running through. There was holes in the floorboards and some where raised. You had to where shoes all the time. The ceiling joints where unfinished showing the scim where is was unplastered.

it’s good for a night but wouldn’t stay there longer.
Pros:

close to wembley stadium so easy to get to and from it for shows.

Cons:

had issues from the get-go. couldn’t get in the front door and someone else came to help us who was also staying there (she mentioned she also had issues getting in), when we were leaving to go to the concert another group of people were having issues getting in and getting their room door open. we also struggled to get our door open after we got in from our concert.

Location amazing for Wembley Stadium. Few routes to take some quicker than others.
Room ideal for concert stay.
Clean room, faultless for what we needed.

Great location. Very very basic stay
Pros:

15 min walk from standing on the pitch at Wembley to the room. Ideal location to avoid crowded queues and tubes to centre of London after a gig

Cons:

Bunk beds. Very in comfortable. Slept maybe 2 hours total at most. Room boiling hot. Shared bathroom- not ideal. Could hear other rooms too from 430am onwards.

It was very close to the stadium - walking distance and so easy to get to. It was also very clean, comfortable and felt homely. The facility available was excellent.
