Perfect and easy location if that’s what you’re looking for, super clean and tidy and easy to check in.
Pros:

We stayed here as we were going to a concert in Wembley, and it’s a perfect location for this!! Less than a 10 minute walk away! Our room was clean and tidy, and our bed was super comfy.

Great location but wouldn't want to stay again for the price.
Pros:

The location was fantastic for Wembley Arena and within easy walking distance and the room was clean.

Cons:

The single bed was exceptionally uncomfortable because the mattress was very soft and provided no support whatsoever. The double bed mattress was much better. The quality of the bedding in terms of the linen, pillows and duvet was poor and could do with replacing as clearly it has been used and washed so many times, but thankfully the linen was clean as were the towels provided. The ensuite was very tired and needed some attention where water damage has left some unsightly areas and the laminate flooring is lifting in several places.

Location 9 mins away from wembley

Cons:

Shower didn’t work. Either scalding hot or freezing cold. No in between
Said it was for 4 people, but only 1 bunk bed, 1 double bed, and pull out mattress on the floor. Was told that we would have 4 actual beds.
Car parking was horrendous, was blocked in after Wembley match for 30 minutes as owner said that someone could park in front of our car.

The location was close to Wembley arena but the accommodation was clearly a HOMO barely done to student quality The room was clean but bedding was old and had seen better days

Cons:

The access was poorly decorated and gave an overall impression of neglect The photos of Room 12 on booking.com were clearly 5 years old and did not reflect the actual reality The flooring was damaged and dangerous The skylight was broken and blind did not work The beds were old and hard and uncomfortable The owner could have reserved parking on a first come basis at the time of booking rather than leave it to chance (booking on just park.com was over £107!)

The perfect stay for any Wembley event.
Pros:

The location was brilliant. Less than 10 min walk to stadium
The facilities were comfortable and clean

Spacious family room with private facilities

Cons:

Being a shared house accommodation, some of the other guests were a little inconsiderate and noisy, using the shared facilities early morning

It was a stay of convenience , the beds were comfy but as I’m over 6 foot my feet were touching the wall , I was shocked
