Friendly and welcoming staff, great facilities & comfort + amazing location.
Friendly hosts, wonderful food in the restaurant and good location
Персоналът бяха мили и приветливи хора, които помагат при всяка възникнала ситуация. Храната в ресторанта е вкусна, цените са приемливи. Паркирането около хотела не е проблем (също има и няколко паркоместа в самия хотел, което е голям плюс).
Clean, Quite, Chill, Nice Restaurant
Great personnel
Still in 90s
The location is good - it is near to the beach, walking distance - 10 minutes. The food in the restaurant is not that bad - they have breakfast and lunch menus everyday.
It is a family hotel, run by 3 people - husband, wife and their daughter (the waitress at the restaurant, who was actually the kindest of all 3 of them).
The attitude of the old woman and her husband was terrible, to say the least. One of the days the man started yelling at me because I just simply kindly asked if I could go through the front door (they were doing some repairs). Everytime when I or one of my friends had a conversation with them, their answers were rude and totally impolite.
Besides this, the room in which they accomodated us was in a very bad condition. I couldn't mention a thing that was not leaking (except for the shower head itself - most of the time the water pressure was not enough to have a decent shower). The shower head was spraying in 10 different direction, the shower cabin was leaking outside in the whole bathroom, the toilet was leaking again in the whole bathroom, the A/C was also leaking on the floor carpet. The fridge was dirty - with hairs and other nasty stuffs in there. The main light bulb in the bedroom was burnt out.
I and my friends were very disapointed from our stay at Hotel Varvara. Definitely NOT recommend - there are other pretty nice hotels/guest rooms in Varvara you can stay in.
