Hotel ok but the noise V BAD
Pros:

It was ok

Cons:

The location is right on the Railway tracks and there is a train passing every 10 seconds and there is too much noise from the railway tracks

Pros:

The stay was comfortable, the two restaurant options are solid (the one in the front even very good)

Cons:

For my european standards, it was dirty. Especially the bathroom was not as clean as possible.

great staff and service, convenient location and great room size
Pros:

the staff were super attentive, the food was delicious and the rooms spacious and clean albeit not a modern establishment. loved that there was a coffee shop downstairs and the laundry service was excellent. the location is fabulous too.

Cons:

there was some roadworks being completed out the front but that couldn't be avoided.

Poorly managed, bad value for price ( paid around 200bucks/night)
Pros:

The Restaurant is very good (both).
Staff is very nice and trying hard within poorly managed system.

Cons:

Recommendations for guests:
- Don't use the Jacuzzi. The jets will release a brown sludge.
- The couch looks like it has been through some traumatic experience.
- I hope you like trains. If so, maybe you can spot one through the dirty glass. If not, bring earplugs.
- Stick to short showers otherwise the water will reach your knees.
- If you like nature, you can "swim with the pigeons" in the pool that doubles as a bird bath for Mumbai's winged population.

Recommendations for Management:
- Redesign your processes so the overwhelmed staff is not left alone with frustrated guests (like me).
- Leave the washing machine door and detergent tray open, when not in use to avoid mold and smell.
- Properly maintain the jacuzzi and the shower drain.
- Clean or change the couch cushion cases more frequently. You can have a local place make you replacements for not too much money. When the stains don't come out just change them.

Location was nice and the room was bright and handy for 3 persons.

Cons:

It could use more proper cleaning, bed sheets and towel are clean but it was dusty.

Pros:

The room

Cons:

The WiFi. It didn't work. I was looking forward to the swimming pool area but it backs onto a busy train track. Also the doesn't get the sun in the afternoon.
