A lovely stay with incredibly friendly service, a great location and thoughtful little extras.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We also loved the little touches, like getting complimentary fresh fruit by the pool. Our flight was in the middle of the night, and even though we had to check out at noon, we were still allowed to use the pool area and showers, including towels, for the rest of the day. We really appreciated that!

Cons:

The only small thing was that breakfast had to be ordered in advance and for a specific time. However, the breakfast itself was delicious, so this was really just a minor detail.

Struttura piccola ma deliziosa! I ragazzi dello staff estremamente educati e disponibili, pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Io e la mia amica abbiamo adorato soggiornare qui! ❤️

Cons:

Purtroppo c'erano delle formichine nel mio avocado toast a colazione, ma sono inconvenienti che vanno messi in conto quando si viaggia in paesi tropicali.

Pros:

We enjoyed the location because it was walkable to several shops and restaurants, as well as to Padang Padang beach. The staff were very welcoming and helpful in answering questions and organizing drivers. The breakfast every morning was a highlight — we ordered ahead of time and chose where on the property we wanted to eat our breakfast.

Everything was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, and the breakfasts were delicious.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed.

La struttura è recente e ben tenuta, molto pulita (tra l’altro gli asciugamani sono veramente profumati). La doccia funziona molto bene.
La posizione è comoda, la piscina molto bella e il personale attento e cordiale.

Cons:

Le tende oscuranti non svolgono appieno il lavoro, lasciando penetrare la luce. Tuttavia, l’albergo consegna ai propri ospiti una mascherina per la notte.

Cons:

Overall, my stay was okay, but unfortunately several issues affected the experience.

There were two power outages during my two-night stay, each lasting around an hour. While I understand these things can happen, they still affected the overall experience.

I also requested a late check-out considering the circumstances, but the request couldn’t be accommodated. I was hoping for a bit more flexibility given the inconveniences.

The scooter rental was another disappointment. It didn’t have a phone holder, which made using GPS on a long ride unnecessarily inconvenient and created an avoidable safety concern.

The breakfast itself was good, but when I had to leave early for a scheduled activity, the hotel was unable to provide even a simple takeaway breakfast or any alternative.

Finally, the laundry service was surprisingly expensive, and one of my clothes came back noticeably shrunk, which was very disappointing.

The staff were always polite and apologized for the issues, and I appreciate that. However, I believe that resolving problems during a guest’s stay is more important than apologizing afterward.

Unfortunately, the combination of these issues overshadowed what could have been a much better stay, so I can’t recommend this hotel.

Great.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to beach and shops/restaurants. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Room was great as was pool. Hotel allowed me to store bags and use pool for day as I had a night time flight. Highly recommend

Cons:

A little bit noisy in room but earplugs provided. Given location this is to be expected and didn’t interfere with sleep.
