Amara Uluwatu

Central and Quiet- Beautiful Staff :)

We stayed at Amara this week and the location was ideal — right in the centre and perfectly placed for exploring. The hotel itself was immaculate: clean, modern, and extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The minibar was well stocked and very reasonably priced, which was a lovely added touch.

Breakfast each morning was exceptional. We selected our choices via an app the evening before, and everything was freshly prepared and ready at our allocated time — a very smooth and thoughtful system.

Communication from the hotel was excellent, with staff staying in touch via messenger and always asking permission before cleaning our room, which we really appreciated.

On our final day, we were leaving in the middle of the night for a flight, and the team kindly prepared a fruit bowl with yoghurt and granola for us to take along. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly reflected the warmth of Balinese hospitality.

The staff couldn’t have done enough to help us and were consistently kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We left feeling incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Amara to anyone visiting.

OMG! This place is a GEM! I totally over-enjoyed my stay there. The staff team are just the BEST. They were always helpful and extremely nice and polite at any time! I do not have enough words to express the kindness of all the staff members. Everyone: Ade, Astrit, Elsie, Tiny, big big thank you for being such amazing people!
The hotel is AMAZING. It's beautiful, clean, spacious, very aesthetic. Perfect stay to upgrade your trip and make it feel magical.
The breakfast is delicious, the coffees (especially cappuccinos are tasty), and they also have the option to bring it to your room. Luxury at its finest.
The pool area is not that big, but feels very cozy and you'll always find a spot to enjoy your time.
Also no noises around the hotel. You'll sleep like a baby (but hotel also provides ear plugs just in case). Beds are comfortable, sheets are clean and fresh. You have all the necessary amenities in the room.
Location is perfect as well. Close to beaches, nice spas, good restaurants and cafés (whether by walk or by bike).
What I also loved is that they use an app to communicate with you, or to order your breakfast or anything else you need. You can also check all the other services they provide: car rental, laundry, surf lessons.

The staff were exceptional! The vibe of the place was beautiful. It was a fabulous place to stay and we would definitely return and recommend.

Staff and the rooms and breakfast were all amazing. Great location wi the lots of restaurants nearby. Was quite as well.

It’s a beautiful property and it’s all very well looked after, kept very clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. The pool is great too, the drinks are very nice from the bar, and the staff are so kind and friendly. It’s a lovely haven from the bustle outside, as it’s also a great location.

Spent there only two nights but I wish there were more.excellent vegan food,extra clean room,amazing pool and Astrid at the reception with her colleagues,did everything they could to make us feel like home.

Beautiful pool area, great location, friendly staff, clean in every way and stylish. It is worth choosing a better room category. Good breakfast. Thanks for the wonderful birthday surprise!
