Das Frühstück war gut-leider nur bis 10 Uhr…

Cons:

Die Tische wurden schon vor 10 Uhr abgeräumt , das geht nicht… Kaffee 3Min nach 10 hätte man bezahlen müssen-ging dann aber doch ohne Bezahlung!

Le lieu (la ville est très agréable et tranquille) , le personnel très sympathique et la possibilité de disposer des bain Sole Uno :-). Dommage de ne pas avoir eu une petite surprise le jour de l'arrivée puisque c'était mon anniversaire et que nous avons souper dans le restaurant :-(

La personne responsable du restaurant n'était pas sympathique. Par contre la serveuse était très accueillante!

Für ein Swiss Leading Hotel eine grosse Enttäuschung.

Während des Aufenthalts fanden an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen Veranstaltungen statt. Eine Hochzeit dauerte bis in die frühen Morgenstunden und beeinträchtigte unsere Nachtruhe erheblich. Beim Check-in wurden wir darüber mit keinem Wort informiert.

Noch enttäuschender war der Umgang mit der Beschwerde: arrogantes Auftreten, zahlreiche Ausreden und keine echte Entschuldigung. Auch die Chefin reagierte genervt. Ein möglicher Preisnachlass wurde zwar in Aussicht gestellt – bis heute ist jedoch nichts erfolgt.

Durch die Veranstaltungen waren Restaurant und Garten am späten Nachmittag bzw. Abend teilweise nicht nutzbar. Zudem sprach das Restaurantpersonal kaum Englisch.

Für ein Swiss Leading Hotel sind fehlende Transparenz, der Umgang mit Gästen und die mangelnde Kundenorientierung schlicht enttäuschend.
