距離的にもう少し調べればよかった。お台場からだったので、なんで新オオクボ？もっとアクセスが良いところを選べばよかった。

Good location, but be warned of the smell

Must always keep the plugs on the shower stall at all times otherwise the room reeks of sewage. In addition, the wifi is bad on the third floor
