This hotel is located well, but the shower smell was concerning.
Pros:

There was an awful smell coming from the shower. It was so bad we couldn’t shower in it. The smell even permeated into the rest of the room.

Cons:

The sleeping area was comfortable and was unique.

Cheap place to stay but manage your expectations
Pros:

Location was good. Staff were courteous. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Robe provided. Room was a good size for 3 adults (very low doorways though - not a criticism, just a mention)

Cons:

Room was not clean - socks found under bed, dust everywhere, mold/mildew in bathing area. Beds were extremely uncomfortable with very flat pillows. Rooms were entered without permission (sign put on door to not disturb) and my own personal robe was taken with bedding and towels and not returned. Lack of plugs. Nowhere to put away clothing

We had the best time
Pros:

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely book again. The location is excellent—just a 2–3 minute walk to the Shin-Okubo station on the Yamanote Line, and only a few stops from Shinjuku. Being in the heart of Koreatown, there are countless restaurants and shops nearby, yet the area remains surprisingly quiet at night.

The place itself was very clean, and our room was impressively spacious. We had no trouble opening all four of our suitcases comfortably, which is rare in the area. Having an elevator was also a huge plus.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Overall, a convenient, comfortable, and highly recommended stay.

Pros:

10 min walk from Shinjuku station. Friendly staff accommodates your requests as best as they can.

Cons:

Strong smell of cigarettes at the ground floor (the reception), although it is a smoke-free hotel. Some staff members don't speak English, but they try their best to understand you.

Top, maar net niet helemaal top.
Pros:

Locatie was top, voorzieningen waren top, prijs kwaliteit is voor Tokio zeker een goede prijs.

Cons:

Personeel niet de aller vrolijkste. Tevens moest er iets getekend worden (iets met privacy) wat ik liever niet had getekend, maar zonder het te tekenen kwamen we er niet in.
Bedden waren wat hard, maar goed aan te wennen na een paar dagen
