Pros:

Nothing we liked, very arrogant staff and owner. They behaved very disrespectfully while we went for check-in, and we had to leave the property in spite of booking the hotel paying the full amount. When we raised the cancellation and refund to booking.com, the team forwarded the request to the property owner. What to expect, they didn't cooperate and in result our request was cancelled with no refund. None supported us with the refunds. Utter disappointed with booking.com team for not taking the ownership & for not taking action on the property team & the refunds.

Cons:

Every thing was bad we didn’t stay although we paid it was nothing like what was on the picture. Washrooms was super disgusting I felt like throwing up. Ultra poorly maintained left the place in less than an hour.

Bad Experience
Pros:

Nothing was good.

Cons:

The toilets were dirty.The jet faucets were faulty. Linen and pillows were old and dirty. There was no staff to help us reach our rooms.

Cons:

Toilet Hand shower not at all working and the area in which lodge is there, a lot of cigarette smoking happening. I strongly advise family should not stay in that street itself.
