Picturesque with comfort and class.

Recepcionista grosera y meticona.

Bonito hotel. Habitación atemperada. Buena ubicación.

Lamentablemente la recepcionista era insoportable.
No se cansó de insultar la región de donde veníamos.
Era grosera y juzgona con nuestra decisiones de viaje. Incluso cuando le hicimos notar que sus comentarios eran ofensivos, redobló en sus opiniones.
Nosotros solo queríamos retirarnos a descansar, pero ella insistía en conocer todos los detalles de nuestro viaje.
Al día siguiente se metió en la habitación para entregar el desayuno, pese a que yo le dije que se lo recibía desde la puerta. Lo peor fue que igual entró, y no se iba. Y se quedó varios minutos hablando con una actitud condescendiente.
Señora, claro que sabemos usar una cafetera; y para qué nos ofrece el desayuno desde las ocho de la mañana, si se va a molestar porque se lo pedimos en ese horario.
La persona que vaya a este hotel, tenga por seguro que no sentirá privacidad.

Очень приятный гестхаус, стильный, отлично расположенный, хороший завтрак.

Не хватало лишь телевизора в номере.Но основное, что испортило впечатление, сотрудница, которая подавала нам завтрак. Она зашла с таким лицом, что можно было подумать, что мы ей сделали что то плохое.
Затем, разговорившись, она рассказала о том, что когда то работала у русского шефа и он был неприятный на ее взгляд. И что мы должны были чувствовать в этот момент, вину, неловкость?
Я долго не хотел писать отзыв, но потом мне стало жаль хозяев этого чудесного гестхауса, жаль остальной персонал, все они были очень любезны. И я решил написать, потому, что один человек не должен перечеркивать впечатление от труда всех остальных.

Descanso en el corazón de Valparaíso
Pros:

La ubicación y la vista de nuestra pieza inigualable. El desayuno completísimo y al menos el nuestro, lo adaptaron a vegano. El personal muy atento y simpáticos todos. Volveríamos sin duda.

Pros:

Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen, alles war super. Die Gastgeberin spricht perfekt Deustch und ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer gebracht und war immer super. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Endroit chaleureux avec beaucoup de cachet et un service personnalisé

Superbe endroit avec une vue et une grandeur au delà de nos attentes!
Petit déjeuner délicieux et préparé avec attention.

Le point fort pour nous a été l’accueil chaleureux et personnalisé ( particulièrement de la dame qui était présenté durant la journée). Elle a pris le temps de nous conseiller et les discussions étaient fort agréables.

Fin de semana en Augusta
Pros:

Primero que todo la ubicación, se encuentra en el corazón del cerro alegre, a pasos de paseos, miradores, museos. La atención muy buena, siempre preocupados en lo que uno requiera. Desayuno 10/10, incluye lo justo y necesario, destacó el juego natural, exquisito. Las habitaciones cómodas, espaciosas, todo muy limpio, cuenta los artículos necesarios si es que uno quiere comer dentro de ésta. Y el edificio en general, una belleza, el ventabal interior le da un una gran iluminación al lugar, fue realmente una excelente estadía. Para una escapada por el fin de semana es perfecta, tienes para recorrer y disfrutar.

Cons:

El aspecto que incómodo dentro de la estadía fue la poca aislación que tenía la habitación, no del ruido del exterior sino que del piso superior. Se escucha todo, desde pisadas hasta conversaciones. Y se incrementa más cuando los huéspedes llegan de madrugada, que que corta con la tranquilidad.
