Pros:

I found the styling/decoration of the rooms and whole building very cozy and charming. My room was very spacious and had wonderful large windows with a beautiful view and motorized external shutters. I also appreciated being able to open them to get fresh air.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für eine Nacht
Pros:

Lage sehr gut in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs.

Das Frühstück sehr reichlich und gut, auch mit Vollkornprodukten und Müslimöglichkeiten

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad sehr schön

Die Öffnungszeiten und Verfügbarkeit des Personals. Erst ab 15U ist jemand da. Nach 21U ist niemand mehr da. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, dann noch etwas zum Trinken zu erhalten, muss man auswärts suchen.

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, seine Koffer zwischenzulagern und später abzuholen.

Das Ambiente des Hotels, trotz schöner Zimmer, wirkt etwas heruntergekommen.

Man muss das Frühstück einen Tag vorher bestellen und bezahlen.

Okay für kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gute Zentrale Lage am Hbf

Cons:

Zimmer wartet Check In-Zeit nicht fertig gereinigt. Einige Möbel waren schon etwas abgewohnt.
Gardinen ließen sich nicht komplett schließen/ der Raum konnte nicht komplett verdunkelt werden sodass es die ganze Nacht hell im Zimmer war

Very close to the central train station

Cons:

Very hard to reach hotel staff. Asked to combine two bookings but in spite of a confirmation, upon arrival it turned out that I had to move between rooms during my stay. In one room the bathroom flooded because of a missing shower seal, in the other because of a blocked drain. No tea/coffee in the room, no glass for the toothbrush in the bathroom. WiFi a bit slow.

Very central and good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is located near the main station and only a 20-30 minutes walk away from the old town. I was very lucky - My room was located in the corner - so only other guests on one side and above me.

Cons:

It could have been nice with a small fridge in the room. But there was a fridge for beverages in the foyer.

Cons:

Am Tag des Check-ins sprach ich an der Rezeption mit einem Mitarbeiter und bat um einen Late Check-out für den nächsten Tag. Selbstverständlich war ich bereit, den entsprechenden Aufpreis zu bezahlen.

Der Mitarbeiter fragte mich, bis wann ich das Zimmer behalten möchte. Ich sagte ihm bis 13:00 Uhr. Er antwortete, dass das überhaupt kein Problem sei und ich dafür nichts zusätzlich bezahlen müsse. Ich solle beim Verlassen des Hotels einfach den Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben.

Am nächsten Morgen, gegen 11:00 Uhr, klopfte plötzlich jemand extrem laut und auf eine völlig übertriebene und beängstigende Art an meine Zimmertür. Ich schreckte aus dem Bett hoch, war nur halb angezogen und öffnete die Tür nur teilweise.

Eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels fing sofort an, mich lautstark anzuschreien. Die Situation war für mich äußerst aggressiv und bedrohlich, und ich fühlte mich in diesem Moment wirklich nicht sicher.

Sie verlangte, dass ich das Zimmer sofort verlasse. Völlig erschrocken erklärte ich ihr, dass ich am Vortag mit ihrem Kollegen an der Rezeption ausdrücklich einen Late Check-out bis 13:00 Uhr vereinbart hatte.

Trotzdem schrie sie weiter, betrat sogar mein Zimmer, obwohl ich nur Unterwäsche trug, nahm den Schlüssel aus der Halterung an der Tür und drohte mir, dass ich nur zehn Minuten Zeit hätte, mich fertig zu machen und das Zimmer sofort zu verlassen.

Für mich war dieser Vorfall absolut inakzeptabel. Unabhängig davon, ob es intern ein Missverständnis bezüglich des Late Check-outs gab, rechtfertigt das niemals einen solchen Umgang mit einem Gast. Besonders das aggressive Verhalten und das Betreten meines Zimmers, während ich nur in Unterwäsche war, empfand ich als äußerst unangenehm und einschüchternd.

Ich teile diese Erfahrung hier, weil ich nicht möchte, dass andere Gäste etwas Ähnliches erleben müssen.
