Pros:

Staff gentile, accogliente e professionale. La camera pulita e ordinata. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di aggiornare e/o posizionare meglio le prese di corrente aggiungendo ad esempio prese Schuko e usb.

Un buon soggiorno, prezzo un po' elevato rispetto all'offerta
Pros:

Le stanze sono spaziose e pulite. Letti molto comodi e coperte calde.
Il bagno dotato di phon e prodotti per la doccia.
Colazione buona e con scelta piuttosto varia.
La hall dell'hotel ospita un'ottima trattoria toscana, non é economica ma ne vale la pena. Oltretutto cenare e poi andare a letto senza dover uscire é veramente confortevole.

Cons:

Bagno in stanza cieco e mal areato. Arredo obsoleto.
Prezzo eccessivamente alto sia per il tipo di struttura, che necessiterebbe di un rinnovamento, sia per la mancanza di servizi aggiuntivi come, ad esempio, il parcheggio e una spa/piscina fruibile nel periodo invernale.
Colazione piuttosto cara, 8 euro/cad anche per i bambini. Avremmo preferito meno scelta e un prezzo piú ridotto.
Ristorante con alcuni piatti molto buoni (risotto, ribollita, fiorentina) altri decisamente meno (trippa, tagliere). Potrebbe valere la spesa se si uniformasse la qualità.

Il personale è stato gentile e la posizione è centrale e comoda.

Preciso che la stanza non è nessuna di quelle presenti qui. Ho effettuato una prenotazione per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. La composizione era formata da due stanza con il bagno centrale. La mia impressione è quella che abbiamo preso dei mobili vecchi da altre camere ristrutturate e lì abbiano messi lì a caso. I muri erano sporchi ed il bagno decisamente datato aveva le mattonelle pitturate, senza finestra ed era senza doccia con una vasca scomoda. Il lenzuolo sopra presentava dei buchi da usura. Nel complesso mi sono sentita presa in giro. Se solo avessi visto quella camere tra le foto non avrei mai effettuato alcuna prenotazione.

Personnel adorable hôtel correct au niveau des installations mais peu propre
Pros:

Les chambres sont très correctes, les salles de bain sont neuves, la piscine est pas mal.
Le personnel est adorable et le restaurant très correct, même bon

En revanche côté ménage …. Bof bof
Fluide corporel sur le dessus de lit…poussière, très forte odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs,
Autour de la piscine ça mériterait d’être nettoyé et rénové

Great location and nice and clean. Rude and unhelpful staff unfortunately.

Clean room and lovely clean pool, great location.

Cons:

The staff on reception were incredibly rude, they insisted we paid for a breakfast that we didn’t have. We only had four beds despite being a family of five and making this clear on our booking, they offered an extra bed for 100euros a night!
