The first room had no hot water, the staff tried hard to change another room for me. The second room had hot water but a bit smaller and mounds all over on wall.
Also the sound isolation didn't work at all.
No breakfast
Price is way higher than those on booking if you want VAT invoice.
Besides those, the others is good.

The room smells a bit like cigarettes or vapes but then the sheets and everything else is superb.

The hotel is super conveniently located, and you can really experience the city just walking around the nearby vicinity. We were able to get to many locations and food spots we wanted to even by walking so that's a big plus. Room-wise, it's spacious and clean, and there's a really regal feel to the interior. Staff is also super helpful and polite, and set up birthday decorations on request. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're back in Hanoi!
