Too expensive to have a per and car parking ($75) added on top of room tariff. a stressful stay

Clean, modern apartment; friendly reception staff member

Cons:

A rip off cost wise. The most expensive accomm. in our road trip. Geared to consultants to the government staying a night or two at taxpayers expense to work across the road in a government building.
Advised AFTER paying a non-refundable fee that the pet fee would be $50 AND a parking fee of $25 also to be applied.
Poor advice on how to find the parking spot...also hard to check in with a gate across the parking area and no sign to say how to gain access. Key cards did not work the next morning, and I had to make my own at the unattended front desk by taking a spare card and follow phone instructions from a remote staff member to place the card on a reader to activate an new code. In all the stay created unnecessary stress. I'll look elsewhere next Canberra visit.

Cons:

We booked for 3 people. Room was set up for two people. When approached about this the staff member blamed us for book in a room too small when in the booking we clearly booked for three. The room had a third bed, it was not made. We had to find sheets and towels for the third person.

It was a good short stay wiith all amenities in working order and cleaniing staff were good too.
Pros:

It was good, clean, and the receptionist who checked us in on Friday night was good.

Cons:

Pros:

The room size and the building location were good.

Cons:

Extremely disrespectful behaviour by the receptionist at time of our arrival who was not helpful with our carpark as he liked our second carpark prior booking. He sent us to another local carpark which had a closed gate and when we called and explained the issue he simply hanged up the phone on us. We supposed to have breakfast in and carpark when we booked and we ended up having none.

Great value for money. Pleasantly surprised. Cheaper than Abode Woden.
Pros:

Easy check in. Quiet room. AC very quiet. Bathroom excellent. Clean, and great shower. So many additional features, (like kitchenette, dish washer, real milk, coffee satchels, smart TV)! Security access great. Initially made a mistake with my booking date, but appreciated no charge to change.

Cons:

Parking on the street was free on the weekend, (but had to walk 5-10 mins).

Pros:

It looks bigger than the room photo online. It bed is so soft and linens good. They even have a washing machine inside.

Would like a refund for rooms 210 and 211.
Pros:

Location was good and the rooms themselves were nice

Cons:

We asked for quiet rooms on booking and on checkin. Rooms 210 and 211 are basically right above the car park entrance and there is a metal grate that cars drive over and it makes a really loud noise and it kept both myself and my friend awake most of the night. On checking out the lady told us they had had many complaints about the same thing but it obviously had not been fixed. We paid $188.00 per room and could not sleep. Very unhappy and would not stay there again because of this. Cant believe they are perfectly aware of this ongoing problem and still charge people when they know you wont get any sleep. Would really like a refund.

Pros:

Walking distance of our venue

Cons:

Meant to stay at other Adobe which was even closer to our venue. Charging parking fees to guests is a bit over the top given that there is no close free parking
